I’ve never had such a disappointing and discriminatory dining experience. We came as a group of friends and were shocked when the restaurant refused to seat us together because one of our friends is vegan. The staff told him that the only way he could sit with us was if he ordered the “premium package.” Otherwise, he would be forced to sit separately at another table.

This policy is not only unreasonable but also unwelcoming. Dining out is about enjoying food and company, not being singled out or pressured into paying extra because of personal dietary choices. The worker’s attitude was dismissive and made the situation even more uncomfortable.

We left without eating, and none of us will be returning. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values inclusivity, respect, or simply wants to enjoy a meal with friends without being treated unfairly.

Paid $140+ premium AYCE for 2. We ordered one of the premium steaks & the top part of the steak had a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper, cut into 6 pieces . Once we flipped over the steak all the pieces had brown spots on it, we already eaten one of the
pieces. When we notified the staff, we told her we did not want it & she pointed to the another server behind us and pointed to the meat & he took it away quickly 🚩. No one said a word or even gave an apology. This was during 2pm Sunday. Please be careful & CHECK the meats they serve you. Will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. I have already notified my friends and family as well as my followers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Food inspection/health & safety department should be notified.

We got the premium menu so it was more expensive $75 a person after tax with tip automatically included. Service was pretty quick steak was good and so was the salmon sashimi. Probably wont come back because of the price but it was nice as a one time eat.

I’ve been dinning in this restaurant for more than five years now and it never disappoints. We usually go for lunch to save more money and my kids are still little so it’s affordable. Beefs are amazing and my favourite is short ribs with grilled onion and mushroom, one last tip, classic many do just fine 😊

The service was very good, atmosphere we had fun together as a group , the food isn’t great, we took the premium buffet option, the meat was ok but the seafood was tasteless, the sushi below average, the side dishes like tempura , fries, veggie dumplings all taste like frozen food , the shrimp inside the sushi roll are also frozen food , no salad options and the dessert is only ice cream , not so many varieties, all the meat marinated with similar sauces
