Came out to Chakos with my friends on a Saturday night. One of my friends has never been to a Korean bbq, and he was skeptical about it. He couldn't understand the concept of cooking your own food, but once we got started, he had a blast. The food is amazing as usual, and the atmosphere is just as good as the food. Price is expensive, but considering the amount of food you can get and eat, I think it's justified. We'll be back for sure.

I had an all you can eat meal here with my family and we all agreed that the options and food quality were very good! The staff was very friendly and the service was rapid. Keep it up, team!

We had the cheaper all you can eat and it was amazing, really enjoyed the ordering method.
It would be nice if we had a fan on top of us to take away some of the smoke as it caused some iritations.
Also, a bit pricy with the service charge, tax and tip comes up to about 130$ without drinks

Food is generally ok. Service sucks. Takes forever to get the order, and order was also wrong. Nobody bothers to service the desk, and exchange the grill.
Definitely need more and well trained staff.

Came here in Sept 2024 with a group of friends on a weekend night, we reserved table of 6 for dinner at 7:30pm. The whole restaurant only had like 4 or 5 tables, and our table. I thought weekends would be pretty packed with people, I guess this can reflects something to us, next time.
The food quality was just on par, they marinated the food too long, causing most of the meat too salty and very less selection of vegetables.
Staffs pretended didn't see you, even we waved our hands and called "hi, hello". We just want to order more food. Staff came over and to change the hot grill platefor us, but need us to help her to clear the table a bit, and we had to dodge, or else can get hit bt the hot grill round thing. Again, there were many empty tables besides, can't you just put it on there instead of asking us to help? We were there to eat and to celebrate for a special occasion. Service in this restaurant was below par.
Overall 2 stars, there are more BBQ options out there.

Have not been to this location in about 4 years. They renovated and changed the menu completely. What an incredible change and experience. Even if you just get the classic menu option, there is a ton of food to choose from.

Love chako and they're special menu of 28.99 per person on this delivery occasion. We walked in unknowingly while we're looking for places to dine that night and found this place busting with nice aroma and strong smells we went in and seated ourselves to enjoy this unique menu that only happens 3 hour before closing because they close they're doors 2 hours before scheduled closes. Don't be those type to waste food cooked or uncooked you'll be charged it's insane to waste food at any all you can eat restaurant.

The sushi is ok, but not many option and not their strongest, the barbecue options are more and better in quality. The service is good.
Just be aware that they charge you the tip on your bill automatically.

Maybe it's the current economic climate but I have had better all you can eat korean bbq. Served us mostly frozen sides and meat was meh for the cost in my opinion not worth it.

We have eaten at Chako a few times before 2019 and had pretty good memories. Now, however, we were greatly disappointed. The quality of food deteriorated. Most of the meat cuts were basically too thin to prepare and were sticking to the grill. And yes, we tried different temperature settings and different zones - all to no avail. Another disappointment was, that there was a "service fee" of 12% added by default, which I realized only after returning home. So I gave a modest 15% tip, but effectively I gave this tip on top of 12% tip, which resulted in 28.8% unintended tip! Normally this kind of charges are being added for larger groups of 10, 12 or more, and it is clearly and loudly announced at the beginning. There was 2 of us and we were told nothing. All in all we spent way too much money for very mediocre experience.

We were 8 people ending up paying over $500 for all you can eat before tax and tip!!!! This is getting interesting when you see there is no price in the website, i feel like we have been scammed!!!!
Not worth the price. Below average food but costs $54 per person? Crazy……
