Their baked goods are excellent. The coffee bun, and twisted pastries were so good. I need another trip to see them. Soon. (So much for the low carb diet)

It’s Sunday Feb 9/2025 and the service is absolutely the slowest ever. I even heard the male employee say out loud, “just make them wait.” I love this location and I didn’t want to be rude but there was at least 10 people in line and we had to wait almost 15 minutes. He needed to stop talking so much and keep working through the rush. There should have been one more worker.

One of the better bubble tea place. What I like is they give you plenty of ingredients inside your tea.

Popular place, it was busy but the service was fast and efficient.

About a week ago, I visited this location for the first time. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from my cashier, Aarav. His outstanding communication skills immediately impressed me. He was able to walk me through the menu and offer drink suggestions based on the criteria I provided him.The store was quite busy at the time. Nonetheless, he worked quickly and professionally. He was able to finish making my drink in under 3 minutes, politely hand it to me, and take the next customer without breaking a sweat! A great employee like him is truly hard to come by!

Alvina made a drink today that was made poorly and wasn't properly mixed. The outside of the cup was also very sticky...

I Uber Eats from this location and they gave me the wrong drink. I tried complaining by calling the store and they said they could do nothing about it. Very, very, very disappointed.

I am not a big fan of tea but my wife wanted to try the new Chatime at Elgin Mills. When we came in a crowd of young kids just had arrived before us and it took a while to get them sorted out and serviced. I ordered a Tiramisu and a Red Velvet Cake to eat. My wife ordered a Caramel Gingerbread Milk Tea. I just wanted a Black Coffee but unfortunately there is no Coffee available so I had to order an Espresso Signatur Milk Tea. Unfortunately not at all my taste,

I understand they are specialized on Tea offerings but why not offering plain coffee for those who want it?

I get a smoothie and it's like watered down. The guy likes to top up the smoothie with extra tea when he didn't grind enough ice. Thanks for ruining my day. By the way Gongcha is way better.

Just placed a mobile order but they didn’t process it until I got there 15 min later. Used the “free birthday drink” promo which somehow only gave me a dollar off. Because of the bday promo somehow it disqualified me from the 2 drinks plushy promo. Plead my case to get the toy for my daughter but to no avail, I even offered to remove the promo…

All in all a bad experience, usually have no issues at this location though

This is an amazing place to get your boba /bubble tea it has many delctable flavours. It makes me want to come there every day. :thumbs up

You can tell it’s better quality matcha than Starbucks but they put so little…watered down. Downtown location (169 enterprise) is way better!
