Chatime

Bought 4 large drinks last week but there was no tray or bag provided. Asked how am I supposed to carry my drinks safely with only two hands. What if I buy even more drinks next time and how do I carry them safely to car/home? I was told I need to pay to get a bag because it’s their policy. When did customers require to bring their own tray or bag in order to safely takeaway their food/drink. There needs to be a better solution from chatime.

Went to Chatime and had such a great experience thanks to Aarav! He’s an absolute gem — super friendly, patient, and genuinely makes the visit enjoyable. You can tell he cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Service like his makes me want to keep coming back to this location!

A person/server, his name Rico, who is working today along in CHATIME Richmond Hill (Eglin Mills) today - was so rude and unprofessional... First, he didn't understand my order and charged me a wrong balance. Then, I asked him to correct my balance, but he refused and was rude to me. It's a shame the manager wasn't there at the time, so I'm reporting the terrible customer service. Date: 30 September 2025, time: 04:51pm.

Very happy and friendly staff teas are always amazing and are ready fast.

Mobile order was easy to use. Drinks were delicious and the store was clean and well maintained.

The item i purchased showed it was a slush, they did not blend and gave it as a tea. The 6$ special coconut breez or whatever. L location.

Very generic… sorry… I think that Hana’s tea bubble teas are much more memorable hands down!!!

train your employees to show at least one smile when they take an order? i though i was talking to a zombie

I don’t know what’s been happening, but in the last half year or so, none of the drinks taste good here. (I play sports nearby here all year round.) Every drink I’ve ordered recently tastes water down. I will purposely go out of my way to the other locations (Major Mac Vaughan or Leslie/Finch) now.

I ordered via DoorDash today around 10pm ( even earlier), and I believed it not the closing time. Ur staffed refused my item without any information or calling. We flexibly changing to other things. This is not responsible and respectful to customers.

chatime is 10/10 very drinkable. strawberry milk tea with brown sugar pearls is the bomb.

chatime is very affordable (im broke) and brings me joy. every child should get boba and be happy. staff has been nice everytime i come here.

This place has an amazing atmosphere 10/10 breathable, I think the selections of drinks are also good and the customizability is great. Very consistent and nice.

I have been here 3 times in the last week and they don’t have any lychee syrup to make lychee drinks. Terrible for business. I keep having to drive to different locations to get my drink. Two stars cause I love Chatime.
