We waited 15 mins for no reason because the server did not show or call the drink out. It was place all the way behing the counter until we asked them about the drink.

I visited Chatime for first time and ordered Mango tea. I don’t like its taste , it’s just tasteless. I don’t like their way how they made it. Just wastage of money and time.
I asked for less ice but they put more ice in it.
Now I am not feeling well, after drinking it.
Having a headache after having useless tea.
Don’t recommend this mango tea and this Chatime.

Bought 4 large drinks last week but there was no tray or bag provided. Asked how am I supposed to carry my drinks safely with only two hands. What if I buy even more drinks next time and how do I carry them safely to car/home? I was told I need to pay to get a bag because it’s their policy. When did customers require to bring their own tray or bag in order to safely takeaway their food/drink. There needs to be a better solution from chatime.

A person/server, his name Rico, who is working today along in CHATIME Richmond Hill (Eglin Mills) today - was so rude and unprofessional... First, he didn't understand my order and charged me a wrong balance. Then, I asked him to correct my balance, but he refused and was rude to me. It's a shame the manager wasn't there at the time, so I'm reporting the terrible customer service. Date: 30 September 2025, time: 04:51pm.
