Everytime I visited, I got given the biggest attitude by the cashiers. Thought I'd give it another chance today and one worker welcomed me but the other one practically glared at me. While she was taking my order, I felt rushed and seemed like she sighed at me for having to ask me for my ice and sugar. It's different workers each time

Visited around 8 pm. They said they sold out earl gray tea. Only have golden aged milk tea. I ordered this one and it’s turn out so awful. They obviously diluted the tea and it tasted like water. I can’t believe they dare to do that just to save some cost the end of the day (brew new one might wasted). But that fundamentally not right for such a big corporate. Also it’s insult customer s taste bud. Everyone can tell you are drinking real tea or just water with tea color in it. I will never go back for purchase and I urge everyone not to visit for such an immoral business.

There was only one girl working behind the counter and taking orders and there was a line out the door. She couldn’t keep up with doing both jobs, felt kind of bad. Seems like it’s like this every night. Wouldn’t be surprised if the turnover rate for employees is high because of poor management
I ordered a hot drink and the server gave me a cup that is for cold drink.

My go-to bubble tea place! Teas are always tasty and refreshing. Always a great experience placing orders and service is very quick. I would absolutely love to be able to bring my own reusable container / cup into the store instead of the plastic cups provided. Great place nonetheless!

Small place and no many available seats. 2 self service kiosks. Seems understaffed. They were too busy to clean one tabl so I cleaned it myself using their brown wipes. I saw other customers doing the same thing. Drink quality is average.

I was just at this location last night and loved the environment and my drink, however there often seems to be a staffing issue when I come here. There was one girl working behind the counter and the store was pretty busy. Hopefully they add more staff during these busy nights!
