Wanted a Persian fast-food restaurant after a long time. I used to love this place because of the welcoming atmosphere, but today it felt completely different. Not long ago, there used to be a really friendly and culturally aware woman at the cashier, but today there was a young girl with a bad attitude who couldn't speak Farsi properly or was pretending not to. In any case, a Persian restaurant cashier should know how to speak Farsi.Another thing that bothered me was how many customers had already finished their food but were still sitting and talking. I think there should be a time limit for each table. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes, which was frustrating.I will only stop by if I can order online, just because of the good quality of the burgers. The whole atmosphere gave me bad energy.

The quality of food is definitely lower than what it used to be and the service is horrible!! The Bandary sandwich was what I went in for after sooo long, and all I tasted was the onions and potatoes rather than sausage. Not going back anymore and don’t recommend it at all!!

I got just one Cutlet sandwich with one coke. When I asked for the price, they said it’s $4 each cutlet. And one sandwich included 2 cutlets, but I didn’t understand why total price was more expensive than what they told me at first.It seems total price has other items which they don’t tell their customers at first.Anyway, quality of food was good. Thank you,

A little bit overpriced in my opinion.13 dollars for a burger + 5 dollars for fries. You get a lot of fries for sure tho!It was nice that the burger and fries were made on the spot and they're fresh.Would be nice to visit when you're craving homemade burgers/fries!

The buger is a classic Persian Style burger with lettuce and tomato. The meat is so tender, juicy and delicious There are limited options for toppers. The fries are super yummy and crispy, with a large portion to share.

Felt like a burger and fries, seems to be run by women, burgers came in 3 sizes , I ordered the small burger and a half order of fries ,was plenty of food for myself. The only thing I didn't enjoy was they don't serve gravy for the fries, their menu is set up with different food then I'm use to seeing. They had a couple of tongue sandwiches that I found unusual.

I've been a regular customer at this location and have always enjoyed their sandwiches. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I called to place an order, but was informed that there might be road closures due to an accident. When I asked customer service if the routes at the back of the store were open, she confirmed they were. However, I couldn't find a way due to heavy traffic caused by the closure. Despite attempting to find an alternate route, heavy traffic prevented me from reaching the store. I called back promptly (after 10 minutes) to explain the situation and was surprised to be told that my order was ready, which was unexpected given the typical preparation time of around 45 minutes. I was also informed that I would need to pay for the order next time (they will save my number and will charge me she said). While I understand the importance of managing orders efficiently, I believe there was a lack of communication and understanding regarding the extenuating circumstances. I hope the store can improve their customer service and communication in similar situations in the future!They lost one of their real fans!!

I visited the Persian fast food restaurant on Yonge St. The food was delicious, but I noticed they could improve their adherence to health and cleanliness policies. The customer service was okay, overall, it's not really a place to hang out, more suited for takeout . My favourite dish Brain& tongue sandwich !
