It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A lady named Parmida, who was serving us, was extremely pleasant and professional, which made our experience even better. Many thanks to her and the whole team for their excellent service.

Just had an amazing dinner at the Chef Reza Persian Grill in Richmond Hill!! The warm, elegant vibe paired with attentive and friendly staff made the evening really special. The food is authentic and bursting with flavor. The live music on the weekends also adds a wonderful touch to the vibe. Perfect spot for anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience.

The service and our platter were actually great, but what absolutly annoyed me was the fact that I added a certain amount of tip for the wonderful service I received but then the tip was factored by 1.09, why, no idea except the fact that I find it truely crooked. I gave a 1 star to the service, and 2 stars to the whole rating, just to show how one thing can ruin the whole experience, to not to get back there anymore.
However, the lady who served us, Parmida, I believe, was 5 stars, very respectful and pleasant. Thank you Parmida!

This Persian restaurant is a great choice if you’re looking for a new Persian dining experience. Personally, I found the food to be fairly ordinary in taste and not particularly special. You can likely find better flavors at better prices elsewhere. For example, the Chelo Gousht tasted more like Arabic cuisine than Persian, even though we were told it was a traditional Persian dish.

That said, my overall experience was fantastic thanks to the live music, warm atmosphere, and unique food presentation—you won’t find a setup like this anywhere else! Those elements alone make it worth a 5-star rating. The service was also very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great asal was perfect ✨ Everything was absolutely amazing!
The kebab torsh and chicken kebab were delicious 😍, and the sabzi polo with fish was just perfect. The design and presentation were beautiful, and the service was so professional. Everything was flawless 👌🌿🍴
