Came on a Friday during Dinner time and it did seem a bit busy, there are very limited seats and it feels like you need to hurry up and eat because there could be someone waiting to be seated.

Other than that, service was very good and attentive, as well as the server coming to refill water very often.

We ordered the Bone-in Snowing Cheese and Bulgogi Fries. Bulgogi fries were super massive and as a party of 2 we could not finish! It was good and came with plenty to share, but I considered the Chicken to be the more delicious part! It was crispy, coated with seasoning, and the cheese flavour was very unique!

Definitely one of my favourite Korean fried chicken places! I ordered the snowing cheese chicken with French fries and not only was it so tasty, the portions were huge! I think one small order/serving could feed up to 2 people. The service was good super friendly staff and they give great advice on what to try if you are unsure! I will definitely go back and try out more flavours!

This restaurant is one of my favorites because of the food, service and atmosphere. The Creamy onion and Yang-nyuem are one of my go to orders now because they are both sweet and savory. The portions are large and priced well compared to other places and having potato wedges and tteokbokki gives them variety. For service it was a very easy 5 star because my server was very friendly and he helped me pick out what was the best things to order. Both servers were bright and made sure to check in with me every so often which was a very welcoming. Atmosphere was great, I knew that when I stepped in, I was going to be having a good meal.

Definitely felt a sense of discrimination/racism. Ordered my food here and waited on the bench by the door. Watched the female at cash taking the orders bring other people their food when it was done but we sat there waiting for what seemed like forever. We watched other people get handed their food, many people came in and out that were after us and got their food before we did. Come to find out, that our order was done the entire time sitting at the front, no one cared to notify us, even the person that took our order seen us waiting forever and did not tell us that it was done nor did she bring us our food like she did for everyone else that came in. The restaurant was also NOT busy, so that cannot be used as an excuse as to why they did not tell us our order was done.Chicken was also not the best,I have had much better. They also did not put the rice in my order that was suppose to be included. Very bad service here if you do not look like their kind.

Decided to check this place out after seeing a social media influencer post on Tictok. Wasn't impressed at all. Have had way better Korean Fried Chicken at other restaurants. The squid and wedge fries where ok but nothing noteworthy. Plus the customer service was lacking. Was asked to move to a smaller table for two for them just to seat another couple of two in the same spot. Disappointing.

Called for takeout and told them specifically that i’d be arriving at 10pm. (Verified that this was ok as they close exactly at 10pm with the lady on the phone) I drove 30 minutes for them to tell me that they didn’t make my order and that they won’t be making it since they close at 10. Clearly because they forgot and are too lazy to make it. All they could say was that it was a “miscommunication”. No “Sorry” no “let us make it up to you”. They lost a loyal customer with their unprofessionalism. Don’t rely on them to take your phone orders seriously

The Honey-Brown chicken was heavily recommended by a family friend, and I can taste why! The chicken was very savory while remaining somewhat crispy. The portions are very generous and we were even offered free pan-fried dumplings, so that was also great.

Will definitely come order again when I'm in the area!

I’ve been a long-time fan, especially of the creamy onion —it used to be a standout. While I understand and accept the need for price increases during difficult times, it’s disappointing to see a noticeable decline in both quality and portion size. On recent visits, I paid close to $25 after tax for a small boneless, I can’t say for the portion of chicken since it’s weighed by scale, but the texture was quite rough and dry. The “wedges” were unusually small and thin, with far fewer included than usual. Previously, they helped fill the base of the chicken box, but now they’re barely there.

The shredded onions, once generous and flavorful, have also become sparse, and the sauce—once rich and well-balanced—is now overly sweet and lacking the depth it used to have. It’s disheartening to see a favourite item lose the qualities that made it special.
