Revisited this restaurant tonight. Pleasantly surprised that they added some creative dishes! Among them, I particularly liked this Cripsy Beef Brisket with double sauces. Lightly battered with tender briskets (though a bit dry). Sauces were curry and sweet & tangy. Generous portion as well. The stir fried vegetable with fermented bean curb sauce was served on a hot pot to keep it warm which was a nice touch. Two thumbs up to the chef and staff!
Portion is really small for the 沙爹牛肉撈一丁，the noodles were wayyyyyyy overcooked, 漏奶華 was very disappointing, there wasn't enough filling and doesn't live up to the dish's name
