This place is my go to Chinese restaurant for family meals! There is always something for everyone, including a great selection of beverages!
I am subtracting a point because I had to park two plazas over the parking lot was very hectic and packed with cars waiting to swipe a spot.
My recommendations are the bubble tea , Ying yang fried rice, and turnip cubes!

I have dined at Congee Wong many many times and enjoyed various food items served and they have all been delicious..service is excellent and the waitresses are very friendly and attentive along with the staff. I regularly visit at least once a week. I highly recommend it. Peter Bogyo

Honestly was quite disappointed in my experience at this Congee Wong. My family frequents the Congee franchises (including other Congee Wong locations) quite often and this was by far our worst experience.
Restaurant is definitely understaffed. The servers were friendly but you can tell they were overwhelmed. We were on one side of the restaurant and it seemed like all the servers were just working on the other side till you flagged them down.
The food was also disappointing. Yeung Chow fried rice is a staple at Chinese restaurants and I've never had one bad enough for me to actually care enough to mention. Rice was sticking together and didn't have much flavour.
Will say the BBQ Pork (char siu) was actually very good. Would consider getting it for takeout but don't know if I'd dine in again here.

I only did a take out. Their congee is too runny. I think they don't focus that much on congee and I saw a lot of people buying their barbecue meat. Cash basis only for take out barbecue

This Congee Wong is not the same as the one in North York. It's more pricey here. The food has loads of MSG. SUPER THIRTY after meal!!! The server is not friendly at all. I would NOT recommend this restaurant

I don’t know if it’s because we spoke Mandarin, but the four of us ordered food in the afternoon, not afternoon tea, and the portion was surprisingly small! We have been to countless Cantonese restaurants such as Mikado Northork, and we have never been able to finish the pho. I feel like he gave us the amount for afternoon tea, a total of three slices of beef. After talking, we were given a small portion. In addition, the corn patches and the fish were not fried thoroughly, and it was not the usual fish and was not fresh. I really didn't want to order any more, so I ended the meal in a hurry. Won't go there again.

Quality of food was good. Not pleased with the service when trying to check out. Was FORCED to leave a tip well beyond what I think was fair amount when two items were ordered and one person dining, whole meal was less than 25 minutes.
