Honestly was quite disappointed in my experience at this Congee Wong. My family frequents the Congee franchises (including other Congee Wong locations) quite often and this was by far our worst experience.
Restaurant is definitely understaffed. The servers were friendly but you can tell they were overwhelmed. We were on one side of the restaurant and it seemed like all the servers were just working on the other side till you flagged them down.
