Get a friend and share brown demi-glace with yuzu miso because that's the winning combo! Yuzu miso is a tad too sweet by itself. Overall though, great flavours and juicy meat. Delicious!

Food took a little while to come out. They must have been busy. The crispiness of the fried items was fantastic and the overall flavor of things was on point. No real complaints except for the time we were waiting.

Ordered takeout from this place on a weekday. The resto occupies the spot that Apron Cafe used to sit in.

My order was ready in 15-20 min. Walked in and was greeted warmly by the hostess who handed me my food.

I ordered a yuzu miso pork loin and an okonomiyaki.

The pork was crispy and juicy. The miso sauce was great! I get very similar vibes between this place and Katsuya. The menus also look VERY similar.
