My friend and I went there on Sunday the Mother's Day for brunch. We got the worst service or I should say no service at all. Since we got there early at 9:45 it wasn't even busy but we did not get any service. Before I finish my breakfast someone who wasn't serving us took my plate away before I finished without asking if I'm done. Then he brought a bill without asking if we need anything else and if we want the bill together or separate.

Upon arriving at table, dishes were dirty, food was mediocre, staff overwhelmed, while price extremely over priced. Never going back

Went for Mother's Day brunch. Staff was very accommodating and there was a good selection of foods. The omelette was delicious and very filling - the chef did a great job making a half and half omelette to be shared by two people. The woman who was seating everyone provided excellent service as she also checked in throughout the meal.

My friend and I went to Crave for brunch today. The food quality was very ordinary, not something special, but the service was AWFUL. I couldn't believe this poor services accepted in Sheraton hotels. The worst part was the person's behaviour who seemed to be floor manager. We stayed there almost an hour and he came and took my plate without even asking whether I'm done with my meal or not while there are still plenty of food on my plate. I would never go back there and hope that no one does until they manage to increase the service quality cause it is waste of money and time and appetite.

Anton was our server, he was warm and welcoming. He was quick and made sure we had everything we needed.
Before we left, he brought us fresh hot coffee to go.
Very happy with Antons service!

I booked for Valentine's and the website didn't state they would only be serving a special menu, many of the items which we could not eat due to food allergies. I pointed this out to the manager once we were seated. She was very rude and suggested we move to the bar area if we wanted the regular menu. She didn't offer substitutes and only agreed to do so upon my suggestion. We were dressed for the occasion and didn't want to sit at the bar. Our server was efficient. We wanted to try something different for Valentine's but won't be going back next year.

Terrible service, was a guest at the hotel and decided to come here to eat.

They just forgot about us. we got stuck there an extra hour, finally had to stand up to get someone's attention. The charcuterie wasn't great.

We came here for their special New Years Eve 5 course dinner offer. We were very pleasantly surprised by both the quality as well as the quantity of food served. Every dish from the sea food trio starter to lobster bisque (with multiple pieces of lobster, loved it), salad, great choices of mains and the dessert was tasty, plentiful and very enjoyable. I wish I had more room to finish my wife's portions on top of mine own! Compliments to the chef, and the service was also great.

The seating was awkward as everyone was made to wait until staff was available to show each party to their table. We arrived on time (as we were only allowed 90 minutes to dine) but because of the delay at the door we were seated late. The 90 minute time frame proved to be enough, but we still felt rushed. The room itself was not decorated for the season and although lovely it did not have a homey, cozy or warm atmosphere. The food was good generally and certainly plentiful as there was a constant replacement with fresh new trays of food. There was a good selection of cheese, jams and crackers and a nice variety of foods from around the world. The popovers did not have a home-made eggy taste and there were far too many desserts. Cut down on the quantity and improve quality.

Way overpriced. Big room felt like a high school gym event which lacked warmth. Great food and excellent servers.

We booked a table for two on Christmas Eve. We arrived a little early and were seated right away and offered coffee or drinks until the buffet was ready to start. The buffet was extensive and everything was fresh and nicely presented. Even though the room was large, the buffet area was never crowded and we never lined up for any of the dishes. About half way through or main course, two lobsters were delivered to our table as had been promised on the menu. They were cut in half, which not only looked nice on the platter, but made them easy to eat. The service staff were very attentive. They were always there at just the right moment, but never intrusive. The ambiance in the room was lovely. The room was full of happy people in tables of 2 to 10, all of whom seemed to be enjoying the evening. Even so, it was not noisy. Each seating on that evening was for 90 minutes which was about right. We would do it again!

The meal here was a whole fiasco. Finished multi day conference and just wanted to get lunch. Explained food allergy, server came back with allergen present and contaminated all over my lunch. No care or apologies. By the time they corrected the mistake and brought a new plate, 2/3 of my colleagues had left. Had the Waffle sandwich- waffle stale and falling apart. Caught bird, flying in and out of restaurant, kept worrying about getting bird poop in food.

Go elsewhere. They do not care, neither should you.
