Came at 10 food standard is bad the sauce station was almost empty the snacks were empty. The service was not good I had to wait a long period of time before finding someone to help me add more soup. They even pre scooped the icecream so by the time I got it was already half melted. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless everything else is closed.

Came here on a weekend for hotpot, and there was only one staff member capable of taking broth orders. It's odd that we were able to order food remotely but not the broth, so we must've waited for 10 minutes before the staff attended our table. Overall, the food was good. However, the snack/dessert section took a long time to get replenished. The ice cream didn't look or taste like ice cream, so that was a disappointment.

This is cheating. This restaurant’s website said customers get 30% off if paying cash due to its anniversary celebration period. When we got the bill after dinner, we were told 30% off promotion is not applied for weekends. Well the website never shows this. I believe the owner intentionally tricks customers. The people sitting next to us were also shocked when they got the bill. The restaurant also gives you free stuff when you leave good reviews in google. So don’t trust any positive reviews on this hotpot place in google.

today march 20/2024, i went for their din sim anniversary special of 30% off. i think they change supplier, there are slightly more items now, but a lot of them just taste not good, some of them are awful, like the chicken feet, it was sour. i think you get what you pay, with that cheap price, you get cheap food.

Large hot pot restaurant offering a large selection of meat, seafood and vegetables. Most food is ordered through the QR code menu. They have some snacks, salads and fruits that are self serve in the middle of the restaurant along with sauces.The food tastes good and is fresh. I wish it came in smaller portions, so that I could try more selection. Some tables allow for a shared pot, whereas others have individual pots.I'm giving them 5 stars because they currently have a 30% discount when you pay with cash or debit. Otherwise I'd give this place 4 stars normally.

Good place for hot pot. Interior decorations are very nice with spacious seating area. Can easily hold dinner for hundred people. Service is fast and welcoming. And there is no line up week day lunch time!All you can eat hot pot and they also have all you can eat dim sum before 3pm. Which is a novice idea!Small side dishes are quite limited compared to other hot pot places though. This is more hk style hot pot vs Sichuan style.
