It's your basic dq, ice cream was lacking flavor on the pumpkin pie blizzard, my kid had the mint Oreo nothing special.. I had better

I ordered a cake from Dairy Queen and specifically asked for a name to be written on it. When I picked it up, they had spelled the name wrong. I politely asked if they could redo it, but they refused and said there was nothing they could do. For something as simple and important as a name on a cake, this is really disappointing. Terrible customer service—I won’t be ordering cakes here again.

Doesnt take 100 dollar bills and super stingy on banana split toppings

If I could give this location 20/10 I would. Blizzard didn’t fall out and the man (im so sorry I didn’t get ur name I was too excited) hooked me up with a poster/cardboard stand of Superman 🤍🤍

Nice location and friendly staff

Dora was so nice and patient in helping us order an ice cream cake with our own design. The cake turned out excellent, and we had a great experience at this store.

No matter how many times I go to Dairy Queen I always end up getting the same thing an Oreo score blizzard!

Ordered a custom cake online with a printable image and this was the only location that had that service. An employee contacted me next day to confirm the order and make sure they understood what I was looking for. Cake was ready on time for pickup and it was absolutely perfect - and probably the best made ice cream cake we have ever had. I even took a peak at the other cakes they had available in their freezer and they were amazing! Not just generic designs. On top of the quality, the customer service was super friendly and accommodating. This isn’t the closest location to me being 20mins away, but I would definitely consider going out of my way to purchase a cake from here again.

Highly recommend this Dairy Queen location for its excellent customer service and quality custom birthday cakes! From the moment we ordered with William (I think that was his name) to the actual baker making it, Carlo, it was everything our daughter wanted for her sweet 16! Ice cream cake was exactly what we expected and made exactly to our specifications (we designed a name on Canva and DQ printed it on edible paper)! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back to this location (the Keele street location was unable to answer questions in English on the phone when we called with inquiries). Thanks Carlo and everyone at the Tower Hill location for providing excellent customer service!
