Terrible service at this location. Most staffs will turn their head away when they see your hand up for service. Requires to ask minimum 2 times for any free item on the menu such as corn or egg. Throughout the meal, I asked only for 1 corn refill and we ordered 6 meat and 2 side dishes(noodle and seafood pancake) with 4 adults, I believe that’s a reasonable amount of paid food. Then we wanted to get one more corn when finished the meat, they said no because of their policy when no meat on table. I don’t think I was abusing their free item. So anyone could’ve left one piece of uncooked pork and order 20 free corn? Even water we had to ask for it twice. Overall food was good, service was 0/5.

It was my first visit at Daldongnae Richmond Hill location. The staff was friendly and checked in with us every so often. There were so many different cuts of meat, we tried the Beef Hanging Tender, Beef Chuck Steak, and Pork Belly. So I would need to come back again in the future to try the rest of the menu. This is different from the other AYCE Korean BBQ, their food quality is higher and tastes better.

Food was good we get to cook it to level which we like my wife like well done steaks and I like medium well. Service was good they kept coming back checking with us i guess it wasn't busy maybe that's why. One disappointed they really don't have dessert option that's why 3 stars

Always my go to for Korean bbq. if I can rate 10/5, I will rate 10. Huge thanks to the taller male server who patiently helped me look for my Invisalign in the garbage. He literally went thru each napkin to find them. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Can’t ask for better customer service than this!
