I ordered a veggie sandwich and as soon as i ate it, I started to feel weird and it kept getting worse, it made me really sick! I was throwing up for 30 min, i went back there to tell them and not only the person working there was rude, she didnt apologize, didnt offer a refund and only kept saying i can make u another sandwich! Which i obviously said no to! It already made me sick, why would i wanna have another one?! None of their pastries that i had tried in the past tasted good, the coffee is bad and now the sandwich made me sick! Ill never go there again!

I often go to Danish pastry stores to get tuna salad sandwiches for me to have one and to take out for my family. I like the Hill Crest mall store VS Upper Canada mall store. Kamna is a nice person along with other staff there and treat customers with a gentle approach and care. At Upper Canada mall I find no good customer service at all. I hardly get a smile or greeting from the staff there….

Fantastic spot with amazing coffee and pastries! I was helped by Borhan, who was incredibly professional and polite, he really added to the great experience. The coffee was rich and smooth, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. The overall vibe is cozy, and the customer service is top-notch. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Out of many locations, this is by far the worst one. Girls who work here ignore clients in line waiting and skip to the next person in line(help ppl to cut the line). Rude and disrespectful, will never support a business like this!

I had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Borhan at the Hillcrest Mall location. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. It felt like he had no interest in helping customers and even came across as disrespectful. I expected much better service from a place like Danish Pastry House. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper customer service training.

Do not buy any coffee drink here coz they are not professional at making coffee drinks, go to Starbucks or others in the same mall.

I had a disappointing experience at Danish Pastry hillcrest. I ordered a peach soda from a tall girl with glasses and she poured less into my cup than what she gave to others. I also noticed that she set some aside for herself to drink.This felt unprofessional and unfair I paid for a full drink and expect to receive the same amount as everyone else. I hope management addresses this to ensure better service in the future.

Absolutely love this Danish Pastry location! The service is always great, and I have to give a special shoutout to Salar — he's incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. I also tried their new Strawberry Cream Cake, and wow... it's a must-try! Light, creamy, and full of fresh strawberry flavor. Highly recommend stopping by!

Just bought this farmers bread to have it for dinner. But when I sliced it there was a mold inside. Apparently they are selling expired bread and simply don't care! I couldn't return it because it's pouring rain outside, plus they never gave me the bill after I paid cash.
Stopped in to get their great cinnamon buns. But tha almond chocolate triangles won and axroast beef sandwich. The sandwich was amazing! What treat. It out shone the dessert!. Will definitely come back fir more sandwiches to try. Service was great, courteous and friendly.
