5 years ago I gave 5 star and a good review. Unfortunately, today I am changing it to a 1 star because of a bad behaviour from the manager! They have reduced the volume of the food and have increased the price! This is so far from their nice behavoiour during the last 6 years of being their customer. They have changed their manner and do not care about how they talk to their loyal customers because they do not recognize you on the phone! I am so sorry that you broke the trust!

I just ordered a koobideh dinner from here to go. The women taking the orders was very rude. My biggest issue was that she was coughing into her hand and handling food with no gloves while directly coughing into her hand. This issue was the not worst part...the worst part was when she was packaging my food whole the lid was still open she coughed directly onto my food and that is a BIG NO NO for me. If I get sick I'm suing this place.

I’m mostly focusing on their (non-existent) customer service and cashier’s behaviors as if he’s the customer and the buyer should be as friendliest as possible :) unfortunately that’s a plague with many Persian grocery stores and you’ll rarely see a good one (quality as well as customer service).
