A Meal Worth Remembering

My visit to Dayali Beijing Roast Duck was a first class culinary experience that beautifully showcased authentic Chinese flavors with modern flair.

We began with their signature crispy Peking duck, which truly lived up to its reputation. The skin was perfectly crisp, the meat tender and juicy, and the accompanying thin wraps, scallions, and sauce balanced the richness with just the right sweetness.

The staff at this restaurant were very nice and accommodating. When I asked if they could lower the air conditioning, they were happy to help and kindly explained why it was warm inside. The duck was absolutely delicious，juicy and full of flavor. Great experience overall!

Seeing the poor reviews are surprising as my girlfriend and her family have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the food. This is my second time dining here and it continued to be delicious. Had no problem getting a table of 4 on a Wednesday night.

The spinach salad with peanuts (花生菠菜) was a smaller portion than I expected, but was incredibly refreshing alongside some of the hotter dishes.
