We visit this location quite often. Food has always been great however this time around the quality and quantity has gone down. We were told that it’s a corporate location now so everything needs to be properly measured. The waffle we ordered was bare. Hardly any sauce and barely any ice cream. We also asked for side plates for the 5 of us and they gave us two. Would recommend going to another location.

A lot of the time, we come here. The food has always been delicious, but both the quantity and quality have decreased this time. Since it's now a corporate location, we were informed that all measurements must be accurate. Our order was for a basic waffle. Almost no ice cream, hardly any sauce. I would suggest moving to a different area.

Got seated and waited 15 min and nobody ever came to take my order. I can see that 3 people who came in after I arrived had already gotten their orders. I had to go to the front and ask. Then I wasnt even given utensils after they brought the ice cream. Then had to endure another long wait to get the bill.

Normally one reviews the food, then service...not this time. Nathan our server ambassador was absolutely Amazing! I have been to 100s of restaurants and can sincerely say he was the best expereince ambassador we have ever had. His attention to detail was only surpassed by his calm caring demeanor. Thank you for making our night a memorable one. The desserts were incredible and portions over an beyond other similar places.
