First time there last nite & last time for sure!! The girl taking iur order was young & unprofessional & forgot or order after 20 min an older lady ask if we ordred!!! Then a man came ask to repeat our order!! The drinks were like water margarita with no ice or salt!!! We ask for ice they got us a bog chunk that wouldnt fit in our glass hhh so funny then the wings were undercooked!! The fries was soft ..the shisha was ok… the price$$$ was crazy high for the kind of service they have. Not going back.. they look like they just opened cluless of how to run it !!

We are regulars here and the shisha is very tasty, the food and drinks are also great, the servers are polite and efficient, especially our usual server Malika, she is always nice to us. I recommend this lounge if you are looking for a relaxing and chill location to enjoy some great shisha.

Came in to this place to have a fun corporate night with staff and friends. Once we all sat down we were not informed that more than half of the menu was unavailable. As we kept ordering different things is when the waiter decided to tell us that they had pretty much close to nothing available. I looked and said well what do you guys have since it would be easier to start with what they have, rather than name the things they didn’t have which was about 60-70% of the menu.
Once we ordered the food we looked at the drinks and go figure they didn’t have 70% of the drinks listed on the menu as well. The waiter started to get offended as if it’s our fault that they didn’t have anything.
For what they did have, it was good and prices were fair.
My only question is why are they even open without so many things and why not inform people on their way in that there was an issue with the menu so we could’ve made our decision sooner.

I would share the zero star if there was the option! Service was awful ! They don’t serve pizza and burger though is in the menu since there oven doesn’t work !!! Dirty desks and table ! Awful service ! They brought me a cocktail which a five year old child can make it better ! The ceaser salad 🤮they have had never eaten such a disgusting salad ! The sauce was sour 😳 taste like rotten oil! Overall it was awful I will never ever go there again!

I’ve visited this restaurant twice . A man was in charge of the shisha section, and he was truly polite, respectful, and attentive. The service and the shisha itself were both very good, which we appreciated .
However, a lady brought part of our order and unfortunately had a rude tone and showed no sense of customer service. One of the items we ordered was fries, which were completely burnt. When we pointed this out, she initially refused to acknowledge the issue. Later, she returned with the same fries only the top burnt pieces had been removed , and the portion was noticeably smaller.
The fries smelled strongly of burnt oil, and each of us only managed to eat one before leaving the rest. The experience with her was disappointing and felt unprofessional.
Overall, my friends and I did not have a pleasant experience at this restaurant, and we won’t be returning.

Ok no words can describe what a great experience I’ve had with this restaurant! I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for almost about 3 years, but I’ve never experienced anything like this one! I ordered through uber eats as my first time and they were very generous packing my order. The packaging everything about it was beautiful, the pasta was delicious the flavours legit had melted into my tongue. I will 100% be ordering again!!! I have no idea who is in charge of uber eats orders in the restaurant but thank you!! I had an amazing Experience!!!!

I always want to support Persian businesses but in this case, the service was horrible. Although the place was not busy, we waited 30minutes for a drink. At the end we were charged for an item on even though it never arrived. We were refunded for the item but this type of service is not pleasant nor acceptable.
