They have the worst service anywhere they put up a pizza tracker so you can track your pizza and I show up an hour after my pizza order was put in because it keeps upping the time by one minute of when I’ll be ready. I get to the restaurant there’s still 20 orders ahead of mine. They haven’t even put it in the oven yet. What’s the point of having a tracker if you’re just lying to people
They messed up my order but will not answer the phone to correct the issue. Drive there to see why they’re not answering the phone some are sitting and others are standing around, shame! Do not order from them.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the misleading promotional messages repeatedly sent by Domino's Pizza. It is unacceptable for customers to receive attractive offers through SMS and promotions, only to be told at the outlet that the items are out of stock, the offer is already over, or that it is only valid for online orders.
