Domino's Pizza

11/10. Great Customer Service. Highly Recommend. Amazing Food.

Ordered a medium sausage pizza and got 6 pieces of sausage. Took it back for replacement and got same 6 pieces until server said it looked pitiful and made them add “2 handfuls of sausage”. Whole order overcooked to burnt.

Not many meat options. Steak is a paper thin layer of beef just is literally less than a gram per piece, and in their menu beacon=ground beef= sausage!!! They look the same and taste the same! How?!

Carry out order was sent to the wrong restaurant by the dominos app. I can replicate the issue and provide screen shots of what’s going wrong but am still getting zero help. Absolute horrible customer service!

They have really gone down hill

I ordered through the app, money was taken out of my account, food was never delivered. I have called the location(Hall Road in Utica Michigan), no one answers. I tried calling customer care, it tells me to go to the website and hangs up. I have entered information in with Bot online. I have no idea who else to contact to get my money back!!!

Domino's is the best❤️ especially the cheese crust 😜u gotta love them very professional an always leave u satisfied 🙌🏾

I ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza using the app. I did carry out and unfortunately I did not look at the pizza before taking it home. It was burnt to a crisp and not edible. I took a picture of it to send to Dominoes and found there was no way to send it to them, so I called the store. The young man who answered told me they could remake it if I wanted to come get it, but the orders were piling up and it would be about 2 hours!!! I said no thanks. This is not the first time this particular Donmino’s has screwed up my pizza. No more for me!!

Always good solid pizza and has good thin crust options and their Alfredo sauce is bomb as well as their lava cakes just delicious and jalapeño pineapple chicken
