The eggplant sandwich tastes pretty good. It was simple and filling; portions were big. The bun was soggy due to the sauce, which made it hard to differentiate the textures between the eggplant and the bun. Nonetheless, this is a good sandwich. 4.5/5

I recently dropped by to get lunch takeout. There was a small group of people, but the wait was not bad. Most people got takeout, but one or two people ate at this restaurant. The atmosphere doesn’t seem great for eating in, except if you are eating by yourself.I got a grilled eggplant sandwich, and my colleague got grilled chicken. The size was good- filling without leaving me stuffed. They have a good mix of toppings. Some, like sliced tomatoes and lettuce, are free. Others, such as cheese and mushrooms cost extra.My sandwich tasted great, and the texture was moist. I will come back.

What a big disappointment. Food was not great and really expensive for what you get. Another thing that’s unfortunate about this place is after you finish a sandwich, you’re still hungry. Any other place I’ve gone to to get a veal sandwich, I’ve struggled to finish it. Didn’t have that problem here :/ staff were not the best either. There is nothing on the menu I would recommend.

Great stop for quick chicken parm sandwich in Markham. I would have gave it a 5 star if no Mayo was added to my chicken parm. Found it really strange to add Mayo to a classic Italian sandwich. Che Schifo! Will be back but will make sure to say NO MAYO!

i tried the fried eggplant sandwich and fried veal and it was amazing! it’s a family owned business. the son is super nice and u can tell him and his father really put love into the food they serve. i overheard them conversing with another family and it was lovely to hear them chat about their business.

Good fresh cut deli style sandwich nice crisp seasoned fried. EVERYTHING freshly made you can see it. The guy taking my order was super nice, the lady that served my food super nice as well. The male in the back prepping not so nice, he only acknowledged and greeted the white males that literally stood on either side of me while simultaneously looking right past me. As good as the food is and it's good I wont be spending my money where I'm obviously not wanted. *for reference I am a black female*
