Came here for wedding anniversary on mother's day after a one hour trip. Made us wait over an hour and they messed up my wife's order, she said no bacon. Ham was missing, and all our bacon was very dry and unbearable to eat, the replacement bacon was ok. When she finally got the ham, even my ham it was horrible like rubber. The rest of the meal was ok. Worst experience yet compared to the rest of the Eggsmart locations in Toronto which are usually great. The Sherbourne location that closed down was the best.

Most of the employees working here are very disrespectful and they did not give our orders even though we waited for 1 hour. They did not even apologize, which is really bad for a business.

The service was quick, but the absence of napkins on the table and some table snacks, which I’ve seen in other places, was disappointing. Also, considering the price, the food wasn’t particularly special. The rating I’d give this place is definitely not a full score.

Hubby and I had some time free up in the morning and didn’t know where to go for some coffee/brunch. We were driving by and decided to go in because of their great big windows. We wa to soak up the sun and went in. We were greeted as soon as we went in. Our coffee was served right away, and the best part - it was hot! The only thing that made my husband and I laugh was the fruit portion that was on the side- sooo small. The fruit was put in an extra small dip/sauce container…. We didn’t care but if it’s that small it might be better not to include it at all. All in all, we had a great breakfast, with fast service and pleasant staff.

My family and I had a wonderful brunch experience today! The Classic Egg Benedict was perfectly crafted, with poached eggs and a rich, tangy hollandaise sauce. The French Benedict was a delightful twist with sweet and savory flavors combining beautifully. Also the banana pancakes…. absolutely divine! Fluffy, moist, and loaded with fresh banana flavor.
The service was top-notch, thanks to the attentive and friendly waiter, Laszlo. He ensured that everything was just right and made great recommendations.
And a big shoutout to Chef Lawrence whose culinary skills truly shone through in every dish. It was great to meet you, Chef!
The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. We left feeling happy and fulfilled with full belly and big smiles on our faces. Highly recommend this spot for a delicious breakfast treat!

The food was good here. Fries were really good. The service was not good. Our waiter forgot to take our order. Basically forgot everything.. even my bacon. We had to keep asking the bus boy to get our waiter.

Dear Eggsmart Customer Service manager I recently visited one of your branches in 1550 16th Avenue Richmond Hill for breakfast with my wife, and I wanted to share a disappointing experience we had. When we were ready to order, the waitress seemed unwilling to take my wife's order ,she left the table without asking what my wife would like , on top of this , when I finished ordering, she abruptly grabbed the menu from my hand without any courtesy. Later, when she returned, I politely asked for more coffee, but her response was dismissive. This behavior was extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable.
Despite the manager being very kind, the waitress’s actions ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant outing for us. Because of this experience, we decided to leave without staying for our meal, and I will not be visiting your establishment again.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe that such behavior is unacceptable, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We have been to a few Eggsmarts, and this by far was the best. Greeted and had our pick of tables. The server was friendly and attentive. Coffee was fresh and hot. I had the avocado toast with picco, picco was made fresh. Husbands food was basic eggs with 3 meats. Toast was basically warm bread that could have been toasted more. The rest was perfect. If in the area, we definitely would go back.
