Came here for wedding anniversary on mother's day after a one hour trip. Made us wait over an hour and they messed up my wife's order, she said no bacon. Ham was missing, and all our bacon was very dry and unbearable to eat, the replacement bacon was ok. When she finally got the ham, even my ham it was horrible like rubber. The rest of the meal was ok. Worst experience yet compared to the rest of the Eggsmart locations in Toronto which are usually great. The Sherbourne location that closed down was the best.

Most of the employees working here are very disrespectful and they did not give our orders even though we waited for 1 hour. They did not even apologize, which is really bad for a business.
