I've been going to this place since it first opened in Richmond Hill, and then after my daughter was born, I introduced her to this place when she was 3 years old. She's 7 now and this our favourite burger place in Richmond hill. For the price , fresh burger delivers super high quality burgers, no fancy sauces just a super succulent burger as a great burger should be. Cali fries are awesome too.

I used to love this location and have been going for many years but last time after what happened was a deal breaker. The customer service was horrible. I entered an ordered online and got email confirmation for that. I sent my husband to pick up the food per email confirmation. They gave him such a hard time and refused to honour the order. I had to call 3 times before they even consider making it. I have confirmation and my visa showed the transaction under pending as it was just applied. The gentleman that I got over the phone after my third call(not really sure what was the position of that gentleman) said he needs to see the statement which was ridiculous. My husband has all the information he needs and we have the order number. He said he doesn’t see it. It was a system issue on their end but that has nothing to do with us. We were being charged which is truth. After a heated argument, they prepared the food but the fact that I had to go through this was not acceptable. They couldn’t have checked or call their IT or someone to confirm rather than flat out telling us they dont see the order and refuse to honour it. Left a sour taste in my mouth after that. I had been going there since 2018
