This has to be the worse Customer Service ever from the owner, David! He should not be picking up the phone.Past two orders we’ve ordered 15 combos and 5 combos are Coke Zero but each time - they send the U we driving with Diet Coke.After third time, we decided to call and he said ok fine we’ll send you 5 drinks on your next order. And what about my last orders and how do we get these drinks if ordering from Uber. The owner kept interrupting and asking me what else I wanted him to do. His condescending tone is entitled at the best. You don’t like it request Uber for a refund.I kept asking how will I get the drinks and kept interrupting me saying if you ask for a refund I’m not sending you the drinks! That wasn’t the question, couldn’t get a word in! My question is if we decide we don’t want a refund and want the drinks on the next order - how do we get them!He hung up on me after many attempts to explain to him. Entitled and rude! Don’t pick up the phone next time and let your staff run the business for you.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a burger place. The staff was so rude and the execution of the food was literally non existent. Then place was filthy and disgusting. Definitely do not recommend this location. The day time cook give a bad name to this otherwise decent franchise. Stay away from this location if you want a decent lunch experience.

came here with a couple of buddys and got burger combos. got the cali fries which i did not enjoy and asked for them to sub it for something else as i only had a bite and couldnt eat the rest. they provided an awesome poutine to sub it! thank you!
