One of the best places ever to enjoy healthy food. The girl working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She didn’t just take my order…she actually helped me choose the perfect bowl. She suggested the new Pesto Chicken Parmesan bowl, and it was absolutely mind-blowing. Her positive attitude, patience, and genuine helpfulness made the experience even better. I truly loved everything about this place and will definitely be coming back

I honestly can’t justify spending nearly $17 on a small bowl of salad that comes with few pieces of highly-processed chicken nugget type of meat and is completely drenched in one type of sauce. You can get much better value at another similar place just a few doors down.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a wrap and PAID EXTRA for steak and other additional toppings for delivery. When my order arrived, there was no protein and none of the extras I paid for. I called the store, and the person working did not even bother to ask for my name or order number. They just brushed it off, saying there were “too many orders today” so they did not know which one was mine.

That is not an excuse. That is complete incompetence. Zero problem solving skills, zero accountability, and zero customer service. Absolutely atrocious. If you cannot handle orders properly or provide basic customer service, you should not be in business.

Save your money and order elsewhere.

Pretty good stuff but wasn’t as healthy as I expected and had a lot of up charges to add additional greens or protein that really added up. Smoothie was really good tho if you don’t like things too sweet

It’s 3 pm on a Monday and the restaurant is closed! I don’t understand how a restaurant can be closed at 3 pm, even on google maps showing it’s open until 8:30 pm!

I am a big fan of Freshii. Our family enjoys the healthy options. The service at this location is lovely and the store is clean. On four separate occasions, I was told the smoothie I ordered wasn't available, so I had to pick something else. I don't generally mind as I understood product availability can vary, but most times at this location, I don't end up with my order.

The salad bowls are really good. I have been getting their bowls for almost 8 years now and noticed the quality of their proteins (meat, chicken, …) is not as good as it used to and it is like this at all their locations. So I just get the bowls without any proteins.
