I ordered a wrap from Freshii, and it was amazing! the wrap was soft and tasty. The sauce was just perfect. It was filling and delicious! The staff was so nice, especially the girl wearing specs. She was really friendly and made my food quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered from this location online, and unfortunately found out that the salad that I chose comes with feta cheese by default (not stated during ordering) unless you ask for it to be removed.
I guess this is mostly poor website design, but it sucks that the worker I talked to smirked at me and said "sorry, we can't do anything about it" when I asked why it had cheese, and told them I couldn't eat it. This was July 4th at 12:30pm btw
Another time I ordered from here, they gave me cilantro that was very obviously past its date (yellow leaves, and 40% of it had black spots). I think that was just a one-off thing though, and the person who served me was very polite, so I didn't say anything

I placed a pickup order on the app, which said the store closed at 9 PM. My partner showed up at 7:59 PM and the store was locked and clearly closed. There's no way to request assistance through the app and the phone does not allow you to leave a message for a refund. An absolute scam.

The food tasted alright. The portions seemed a little small. The girl working there alone on a Wed night was working very hard, fast and efficiently. There could have been a 2nd person working to help service the customers. I would still give it a second try

The blandest food ever. I ordered a bowl, and for $16 was a huge disappointment.
Here were the issues: no flavour, all toppings had zero taste. Just straight from a can corn and beans. Cabbage and carrots were fresh buuut I wish they were tossed in something before being put on the bowl. Steak was so dry and sad looking and had no flavour. Cheese was almost non existent. Sauce was lacking and since everything had no flavour, needed way more sauce. Tomato’s were plain and flavourless. Even the green onions had no taste. Things that were fine: sauce taste was solid, brown rice was fine(still needed salt tho)
The place itself was dead and every-time I walk by it, it is dead. I’m surprised they are still in business. There are much better food options nearby.
If I could give less than one star I would. I arrived around 8pm on a Friday with my mother and we placed our order. The girl working finished making our food around 8:12pm and proceeded to tell us that they were closing at 8:30pm when we had checked the hours on Google prior which said 9:30pm. I opened my meal and noticed there was barely any streak… probably about one scoop, so maybe 5-6 pieces. I asked the girl working if I could have a bit more and she said no. And that her manager has said they can only give that specific amount, no more. I rolled my eyes and sat down. While I was eating a man came in and asked if he could order a smoothie and she told him we close at 830pm so I can’t make you a smoothie. He said I’m sorry but you’re still open so you can make me a smoothie. And so she made him a smoothie and finished well before 8:30pm when she said they “close”. Then, right at 8:30 two girls came in and waited to order. When these girls came in I went over to the front door to take a look at the hours posted and it actually said 9pm close for a Friday. So when she told them they close at 8:30pm I said actually the door says 9pm and she said oh those are our summer hours. For winter hours we close at 8:30 as per the manager. Also, the girl had her headphones in the entire time we were there and was talking to someone through her headphones the entire time. And there was a hair in my mother’s meal.Worst customer service ever… this girl should be fired. Don’t go here.

The portions were really good and decently sized. And the service was really good. I'm not sure if the management changed but the bad experiences others noted seem undeserved based on our family's experience today. They did a great job Great value!
