If you're frustrated with finding a good bakery in town, probably this bakery will be the last, and you will be obsessed with the quality of Persian breads. I drive 30 minutes each time to get there, but it is worth it.👌

They have the best sangak in the city and it's not even close. The barbari is not Great. But this place still gets a pass for the sangak

I had the Sangak and baklava here, which were good, but the young man working there was not friendly.

The smell of fresh bread is like the smell of good life. The warmth of fresh bread warms the heart from the baker's love. How I love it here. I feel very good in this place. I suggest you definitely come here for a warm Sangak bread. With this bread, your day will be full of love.

This place is a hidden gem! It was my first time here today, and I came all the way from Downtown Toronto to buy 'Hareesa'. For those familiar with Arabic cuisine, 'Hareesa' is a dish made with barley and lamb, not the dessert, made in the same style as the one I used to have in Kuwait. Here, 'Hareesa' is sold as 'Haleem' in Persian, which is not the spicy type like the Afghan-style Haleem. It comes in 1 kg plastic containers, and though it's not made here but elsewhere, it's priced at $11 each, which is quite reasonable. The Haleem was so delicious that it was worth the two-hour drive to and from, and I will definitely be coming back. The store is small with no dine-in option, but they also bake and sell bread and other items, including desserts/sweets. I was fascinated by their oven, which uses a rotating plate instead of a stone-type oven. The freshly baked bread is amazing, and it's incredibly large in size! The word 'Gandom' is not found on the sign in English but is there in Farsi, with a similar sounding name in Arabic spelled with a 'K' instead of a 'Q.' I missed the place twice while looking for a 'Gandom Bakery.'
