"Recently purchased a Gatta from this bakery, and unfortunately, it wasn't as fresh as expected. The taste was subpar, and it left me disappointed. Hoping the bakery can improve on the freshness of their products for a better customer experience."

They have the best pastry and desserts. It’s a simple cafe bakery. You choose from menu on the cash register. It’s walking and first come first seat.

The best Barbari in Toronto! They only make their bread on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and they sell out fast⚡. We see people come from all over the city and buy multiple loaves. We do the same. We buy several loaves and cut them into small squares and freeze them until our purchase the following week. Definitely a Hidden Gem in Toronto!

I called this place for their doughnut with excitement to try their offerings and was assured that my order would be ready for pick-up by 1:30. However, upon arriving at the establishment, my expectations were shattered, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The staff seemed utterly unaware of our conversation and appeared confused when I mentioned the pre-arranged pick-up time. The elderly lady at the front, with white hair, seemed particularly bewildered and unable to comprehend the situation.Such a lack of coordination and communication is unacceptable, especially in times when clear communication is crucial. It's disheartening to encounter businesses that fail to uphold basic customer service standards, leaving patrons feeling frustrated and undervalued.I sincerely hope the management takes note of these issues and addresses them promptly. In an era where customer experience plays a pivotal role, it's disappointing to see businesses that do not prioritize effective communication and service.I strongly advise potential customers to approach this place with caution, as my experience has left me with a sour taste, both literally and figuratively.

Customer service of the owner who is an old lady is zero. I have been their customer since they came to Richmond Hill and today when I made the purchase she was refusing to give me a bag. She told me one bag costs 40 cents. They used to put the purchase in a bag. If they have changed their policy and want to charge for the bag they should ask the customer if they want a bag before payment. It was a bad experience and it was not the first time. She failed to follow the normal way of customer service and yet she was arguing with me for 40 cents.

The woman in this store was very rude. When we entered the store, she immediately rolled her eyes at us. She didn't even want to answer when we asked her questions, no respect for customers at all! I won’t visit again !

These people are the most ignorant and arrogant business owners i know! They act like they are doing everyone a favour by baking but they have forgotten this is Canada and customer service is everything! YOU ARE NOTHING WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! they don't deserve my business, will never ever spend a penny in that bakery! They need to rethink their business strategy , truly shameful
