One male staff is super rude

The female bartender seems to be more interested in chit-chating with clients than serving them. Smiling, playing with her hair and doing nothing while there is a long line at the counter. I dont know why she is so chilled when her customers are waiting for so long!

I love this place and I always come here on the weekends. I have tried lots of new drinks almost every time I visit and have never been disappointed. The staff are so nice and they also help me with my questions(mahla). The thing I love here cause their drinks is always done fast with good quality.

First time here. Place looks like they very recently opened. Staff were friendly enough and drink came fairly quickly even though it was hand made. I had their special on the regular bubble tea. You can customize the sweetness and ice levels to the way you like it.

Top notch customer service at this location. Drinks are tasty and consistently made. An ideal location for a drink as it has cozy seating and furniture. My go-to location of this specific brand of bubble tea.

I drove almost 45 minutes out of my way to come to this location specifically for the Mont Blanc Chestnut Milk Tea that was sold out at other Gong Cha locations. The guy behind the counter was preoccupied with his phone, and didn’t even notice me until I called out to him. Sure, I get it, he didn’t want to be there on a long weekend.

Well, when I got my drink, it was clear he had forgotten to add any sugar syrup. As soon as I took a sip, I knew something was off. The sweetness was only coming from the boba pearls. I specified 70%, but I could tell there wasn’t any sugar in the tea itself.

When I went back, a girl “fixed” my drink for me. Except by “fixed” that meant she just haphazardly doctored my existing drink, instead of making a new one. I watched as she added more sugar syrup, more ice (even though I specified less ice), and then topped it off with some random tea. The result tasted nothing like the Mont Blanc Chestnut Milk Teas I have had at other Gong Cha locations. So I basically paid over $10 for a regular pearl milk tea.

She made it a point to shake the cup vigorously to disperse the sugar syrup. Great. EXCEPT the lid was not sealed properly, and the lid unsealed somehow spilling the drink EVERYWHERE in my car which I literally just had detailed earlier.

TLDR: I am NEVER coming back to this location again!

Nicely decorated and bubble tea is good however they are always so slow with service its like the same person is cashier, blends, bakes, cleans etc so we had to wait 25min for just 2 bubble teas.

Service was okay, space was nice, quiet, and clean. Good place to come do some work or catch up with a few friends. The bubble tea was slightly too sweet even going with what was recommended sugar level wise. I got the
