I love this place. It had some flys while I was there which bugged me a bit... but overall the taste was amazing.

Best bubble tea in town! Drinks are always fresh and tasty, pearls are perfectly chewy, and the staff are super friendly. Love how you can customize sugar and ice levels. Gong Cha never disappoints!

I absolutely love this bubble tea! Every sip is refreshing, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweetness. The tapioca pearls are soft, chewy, and perfectly cooked – not too hard, not too mushy. You can tell they take care with every drink they make. And Mahla is the best . Thanks to boss and Mahla

Love this place! Great bubble tea with lots of choices and fresh taste every time. The staff are always nice and fast. Super clean and cozy spot. My favourites are the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Passionfruit Green Tea. Highly recommend.

Service was sooo slow. I'm usually patient but it was actually unbelievable how slow the worker was. There was only 1 lady working, but even with then she was exceptionally slow and not making orders based on who ordered first. A couple ordered after us but got their drinks first. The worker also got our size wrong, she gave us a regular size when we bought a Large size.

We ordered strawberry Oreo and Taro bubble tea.They actually taste very fresh.

Slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. I went here last Monday june 30 in the afternoon. The lady just took her time sitting just as we went in the store. If you are the owner check your camera. Worst service ever

Cute, good tea and amazing brown sugar tapioca, (rivals the alley) and modern vibes.

We ordered 2 drinks, one incorrect drink came after 20 minutes (it was corrected) the second drink took almost 40 minutes and I had to remind her of my order twice. The lady working wasn’t the most pleasant to talk to.

Nice little place but the server is not competent and friendly.

Been here a few times. They are always nice and welcoming.

I recently visited Gong Cha in Richmond Hill and had a great experience! I ordered the Pearl Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly balanced sweetness and the pearls were nice and chewy. Special shoutout to Mahla for providing excellent service! She was friendly, efficient, and made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a tasty bubble tea!
