Staff nowhere to be found for 10 minutes when I went to pick up an uber eats order. They also sell drinks for $8 that cost them 25 cents to make. Highway robbery.

FOOD POISONING.Well I am not a type to leave reviews on google. But I had one of my worst experiences in this Gong cha. On Feb 27 me and my family went to this location around afternoon. We all got a really bad FOOD POISONING after, specially me. I ended up at a hospital and missed 3 days of work. I went through IV and morphine. This was one of my worse experiences. The only reason I am leaving this review is because I don’t want anyone else go through this experience. Never again.
Really nice bubble tea shop. Decor is different than most, but the furniture is comfortable. It is a good size to sit down for a bit.

got two drinks—taro milk tea and strawberry milk tea—in gingerbread cups and they are so delicious and cute!! the staff was also so kind and took photos of the drinks too; love the interior as well as it would be a great place to study or relax~the parking is behind the store, so if you go on Observatory Ln, the first right would be the parking space.
