The food is good and the price seems reasonable
It was really busy on a Victoria Day. It was myself and two children waiting in line for a table and they let another 3 people behind us get seated. I use to run a restaurant and never give bad reviews. But this all time low. I asked her about why the other three went ahead of us and she didn’t do anything about it. So we just left. Wouldn’t want to give business this restaurant after being treated like that. I think they didn’t want to deal with small children. I’m very disappointed because I tend to like to support small Chinese businesses coming from a Chinese restaurant myself.
Good value, food a little bit salty, but good with rice
This is a very busy restaurant thus expect loud and noisy conversations next to you which prevent you to even hear from people in front of you. This means you can get headache and turns into lack of appetite.
Food quality is fair.
HK Mike Tea is ok la, not the best.
Location is pretty remote if you are not from North Richmond Hill.
Similar to a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant. The portion size is appropriate, the taste is authentic, and the price is reasonable! ?

It doesn't matter what you want. They don't even give you onions, just three or four pieces of meat.

I am from out of town where there isn’t any authentic Chinese food. So Good was able to scratch my itch while I was here. I ordered the steamed fish, some choi and sweet and sour pork (a classic). The fish was very fresh and tasty. The Choi was a little oily but it was still good. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad sweet and sour pork so no complaints there. The staff was attentive but if you’re expecting western hospitality, this is not the place (although no authentic Chinese restaurant is)

Food is fast and cheap but… hygiene not so much. A waitress went into a washroom stall to pee with her blue gloves and came back out serving customers ?

This is a decent Chinese restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. The food is tasty, but I found the portions a bit small. The service is good, but the restaurant is quite noisy due to its size and the crowd, making it difficult to have a conversation. Overall, it’s not bad and I’ll definitely return, though most likely for takeout.

So good to find a new HK restaurant that focuses on good taste! The menu here is reasonably priced for the HK cafe food that’s available till 5pm. We were impressed by the huge portions & surprisingly good flavours.
Baked Fish Fillet w/ Cheese & Cream Sauce was savoury & arrived hot loaded with crispy fillets. Fried rice underneath filled the large oven dish. Curry Beef Brisket Rice was stewed well to achieve really tender tendons.
We arrived shortly after 5pm and were allowed to order from the menu minus the free hot milk tea, which was not a big deal. We did notice the environment gets loud, fairly packed with patrons.

My repeated lunch here, and dishes are delicious to me, in Hong Kong style.

Hk style cafe with Chinese cuisine. Good food choice. They use fresh ingredients and serve scrumptious dishes. Very friendly staffs. Just crazy busy during peak hours and quite noisy environments. I prefer go late lunch or early dinner to avoid the crowds.

The dinner and dishes were pretty good. As for the Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, I only tried it once. I ordered the dry fried beef river and was a little disappointed. It was too bland. Could it be that it has less salt and MSG that everyone likes?
