A staple for Vietnamese food that just hits the spot. Very mom and pop vibe and my favourite is the roti. Reasonably priced and menu is comprehensive!

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Food tends to be small in portions even though the bowls are big. Taste is ok.

First time trying this place... I overheard a staff mentioning the restaurant's been around for decades. I tried their sliced beef in soup noodles with satay & peanut sauce - great presentation, savory soup base, but the noodles were a bit mushy. The beef slices were good, not tough to chew even after they were cooked by the broth. I'm not a fan of the sticky tables and being seated right next to the hallway of the plaza - too much traffic next to me.

Walked inside the mall and this reminds me on Asia. No glass windows separating the dining area and hallway. You can see recycled boxes in the front. Not a big deal to me, but maybe for others it is. I’m sure management will clean the hallways better.
The food is good. We ordered a number of items. Pho (all mix beef), the chicken skewers, laska noodle soup, dry Vietnamese noodles, grilled pork chop rice platter, and roti bread with curry chicken potatoes.

got the lemon grass pork chop rice and the sliced beef in satay peanut soup! they were both really good and it was truly authentic! price was reasonable as well! around 30-40$ in total in the end. the soup dish was my favorite, it had lots of layers of flavour- spiciness from the satay, the satay obviously, a hint of sweetness from small pineapple pieces, a tint of citrus from the lime (which is optional), and peanut (with a little bit of crunchy texture to the peanut crumbs in the soup too). The portions were big too and i’m definitely going back to try the other dishes- i heard the curry is to go for too. seriously mad that i didn’t find out about this place sooner! the pics below may not do it justice (i took these after i started eating)

This resto used to be a staple in my family's lineup but we rarely ever come here anymore.
The prices skyrocketed through the roof (beyond typical inflation). The one dish that I do keep coming back for occasionally, is the curry beef brisket (with either rice or roti depending on my mood).
The curry is extremely flavourful, the brisket is quite abundant in each order and the tenderness is usually on point as well.
The pho USED to be above avg quality but it's typically a no-go for me these days (and there's way better, more authentic options in the york region area if we're being real).
The roti is more of a malay style roti. A lil bit chewier and thicker than usual but still delicious and kinda flaky.
I sparingly order from here nowadays because of just how insane the price is for one curry dish (over $20!!!). But I will concede that they give you a big portion of curry. I think it's usually consistent (maybe once or twice I've gotten an egregiously little amount protein).
If you're looking for truly authentic pho (or more specifically, authentic Vietnamese food) I would advise going to another resto. If you're looking for good food in general, this resto does have some sleeper hits!

What a hidden gem in an old mini mall of restaurants in Richmond Hill! Hubby and I went for a lunch date and enjoyed it so much that we took the kiddos there for dinner the very same night. Large menu to please anyone with lots of high chairs for little ones. Highly recommend the Spicy Satay Peanut Sauce Beef noodle soup! Can’t wait to bring the extended family here too!

I visited the restaurant , thinking to try out Vietnam spring rolls, chicken and beef skewers....appetizer size dishes. The server suggested I save money ordering the platter, Including Thai style fish cake, minced shrimp on sugar cane, which cost only $28.00 , platter already included all dishes I would like to try and additional ! The platter is very sufficient for 2-3 people. Good value.Taste is fabulous and certainly will visit again!

Terrible food, and terrible service. Ordered curry chicken on rice. The bones were more than the meat. When we called the server over, she made no attempt to help rectify the situation and instead said "next time, you should order something else". Will not be going back for a while.

The service of the waitress was poor. She doesn’t seem to be enthusiastic with her job.
Food used to be very tasty but has deteriorated, doesn't match the price they charge. I loved the roti and curry but the roti is not as good as before. Something must have changed, maybe the ingredients or the chef.
