Nice little bubble tea shop. Pretty decent bubble tea selection. The tapioca could have tasted a bit better, but overall my drink was good. Friendly staff. Nice decor inside. They have some nice looking pastries.

Very cute bubble tea place. The design is aesthetic with mirrors and comfortable chairs to chat with friends. The bubble tea is fresh and boba is Chewy. The teddy shape bottle is super cute!

In the area and decided to try out Hana's bubbletea shop. It is such a cute shop, great decor, photo booth, full menu and good service. I ordered the matcha-strawberry latte. Great value, ingredients and overall delicious. I also tried the rice skewers and was really happy with the texture and flavours. Overall top marks.

I rarely write any reviews, but this incident is something that I would like to bring to everyone’s attention. I ordered this drink from Hana’s Tea Dublin City Centre. The boba used in my drink was old (I’m still not sure, if it was old or something else, but it tasted different and the texture was rather different from my usual) so we asked the staff to change the drink, she was really rude at first and told us that it is how it is we cannot change, and then she literally picked one boba from my drink with her bare hands to show me and the other staff, which was okay but later she decided to replace the boba and offered me the same drink that she used to check the boba. It was ridiculous how they treat the customers. I don’t know the shop is still running when it is filled with such rude and unhygienic staffs. I think she was the manager since she looked senior than the other staff that was present. All this just for 1 boba… imagine the other dishes they serve. I would not recommend anyone to visit this shop.
