I came here because of the high reviews, but I left disappointed. The gimbap seemed old, with rice that was already hard, but I let it pass without complaining. What really made the experience unpleasant was the customer service. Staff greeted and thanked other customers, but not me — it felt like they were choosing who to acknowledge. I expected better given the good reviews, but unfortunately, both the food quality and service fell short.

I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with sago and it was absolutely perfect! The price was really fair for such a generous size. The staff were super friendly and kept smiling the whole time, which made the experience even better. The vibe of the place was beautiful and relaxing. I usually look for spots where I can work, and I’ve tried just about everywhere in this neighborhood — this one is definitely my top recommendation. Overall, everything was spot on — great drink, great service, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Literally, the, best, bubble, tea, shop, ever! I came across this place yesterday, and decided to give it a try over the usual Chai Time and Gong Cha, and this place is 1000x better! They have such a diverse variety of drinks, alongside with snack/food items that you will not find in your usual boba tea shop, especially in all of York Region. They also have the classics, so it’s perfect if you’re going with friends that like to have different choices. I got the Fresh Milk Dragonfruit yesterday, and today I got the Mango Pomelo Sago, both are literal 10/10 drinks. The presentation for both drinks is amazing, the taste is delicious and fresh, and their customer service is unmatched. You can tell two people working there put a lot of effort in these creations, and I’m so glad I just found them, because this is now my go to spot even if I’m elsewhere, I’ll drive to Richmond Hill to get their bubble tea. 100/10 recommend!

I visited Hana’s Tea last night and it was absolutely terrific! The drinks were incredibly delicious and totally worth every penny. Dahyun and Eugene were the staff on duty they were super nice and so cute, which made the experience even better. It truly made my day. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great drinks and even better vibes!
