The temperature today is 2 degrees Celsius. I ordered takeout and said it would be picked up at 6:30. When I arrived, I saw that the elbow was completely cold. It was cut and freshly cooked, but it was said to be hot. The kidneys were fried, but they were completely cold and pink. It was impossible to eat them directly! Colorful facelift costs more than ten yuan per portion, and the portion is really not much. In short, I am very disappointed!
Quite delicious. The boss carefully listens to customers' suggestions and provides seasonings and the like. You get what you pay for, and I ordered two dishes. The more expensive the food, the better it tastes. Recommend the lamb tripe, it is super tender, has no fishy smell and is very clean.

Tried this Northern chinese restaurant today, but couldn't find some of the items that other ppl posted on the menu. I think they change up the menu from time to time. It's hard to figure out what to eat since there's not that many pictures on the menu and no numbers on the menu too! That being said my fav was the shredded chicken cold noodle dish under the lunch special. It's served with this super delicious Dan Dan sauce (I think this one was sesame paste based). Prolly my fav Dan Dan style cold noodle I ever had. The steamed Lamb dumplings were cooked perfectly as well. The servers did understand and were willing to speak English with helped immensely. Worth trying out!

The shop is small but very cozy. It specializes in Northeastern cuisine. I love the Northeastern handmade dumplings and steamed buns with soy sauce, as well as mustard-spiced shredded lamb tripe, braised lamb and intestines. There is a lot of delicious food, and the boss is very enthusiastic.

An aunt who spoke Cantonese was very unfriendly and the food tasted weird. It was not like the food made by chefs in the north or northeast. The cold noodles tasted as light as water. I asked if this was cold noodles. The Cantonese aunt said that our house is cold. The noodles just taste like water, and the sauced meat and croquettes are very salty. Generally speaking, I recommend Zui Dongbei’s smoked sauce and cold noodles. Generally speaking, this restaurant is not close to northern and northeastern cuisine.

Interesting place, small but modernist wood simplistic decor. Northern Chinese dishes, Mandarin predominately spokenLooks like they specialize in pigs knuckle and pig intestine but their menu has variety of other dishes. You can watch staff making noodles and dumplings in back counter, other counter has trays of pigs knuckle.Ordered the cold noodle & chicken dish, pork & celery dumplings (15).Chicken noodle was only level 1 spice which was quite spicy. They used a dan dan sauce which was thick and peanutty with an additional red spicy sauceDumplings were firm and pork/chive filling was generous with good crunch from the celery.(great deal 15 dumplings for $9.99). Had to make my own dipping sauce with vinegar and chili oilStaff were very helpful and friendly although they tried to upsell us on their other "signature" dishesNot bad for a quick filling meal.

The clear soup is mediocre and lacks water. If you want to go to a restaurant and improve the food, this restaurant won't satisfy you.
The pig's trotter rice made by my aunt is really delicious. I recommend it to everyone! ! !
