Great location. Shout out to Christian who served me along with a flurry of customers as it was quite busy when I came in today. His customer service skills are absolutely top notch.
I had a great experience at Harvey’s yesterday! I accidentally thru the mobile app to ordered a large fries with a kid meal instead of the large onion rings I really wanted. When I realized the mistake, I spoke to the store manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. Not only did they let me keep the fries at no extra charge, but they also gave me a large onion rings for free. That level of customer service really made my day! This one is my favourite Harvey’s. It used to be the first Harvey’s in the whole province and they’re still keeping the quality the same after half a century. I really recommend this place. The food is excellent, service excellent and the atmosphere has been renovated with the best quality and materials.
