Don’t go here ! They don’t give you water. For fasting. They are so hungry for money they make you pay for a bottle ?. Whereas mississauga location gave tap water.This place is horrible.I have diabetes and I can’t drink sugar but they told me to take ruwafza. Couldn’t even give me tap water and tried to make me buy. Such disgusting service

I found a long piece of hair in the lasagna and when I showed it to the server he just replied, "let me take that from u." N he proceeded to remove the plates from the table. I spoke to "management" n he said they couldn't do anything abt it. Really disappointing experience. Definitely not going back there again.

Shisha is pretty good, food is mid and overpriced, which I would be willing to look past if the service wasn’t so bad. Our waitress had a rotten attitude, took forever to get one appetizer out to us and she was unwelcoming, no politeness, acted like she was doing us a favour. Please check your staff and ensure they are well trained in customer service. Guys at the door are chill but I’ve had a couple of incidents where the waitress didn’t serve us with adequate respect

It was surprisingly a very good experience overall. Food was amazing, ambiance was cool, service was quick, staff was great. What else could you ask for on a Sunday evening!!We tried a couple of their burgers, jalapeño poppers, pasta, drinks, everything was delicious.Burgers were especially amazing, with generous sized perfectly juicy patties, and balanced sauces. Good job!! Highly recommended!!
Seats and tables were dirty as we walked in so we had to clean that up ourselves. Food was served quickly and very filling. Hookah was also nice, but their promotions aren’t always active on special holidays, as we went on Family Day. Expensive bill for a mediocre experience.

Hello owners/staff of Haze.Our party of 7 visited yesterday for a late night snack and shisha.Although the service was good, nothing to complain about but some of us have become very sick the next morning.2 couples who ordered 2 chicken Shwarma plates to share, had puked and had diherra.The other 3 people who ordered something else of the menu with beef meat had no problems.We believe the meat may not have been handled in the best way, maybe cross contaminated.Do not recommend ordering the Shwarma plate.Just stick to shisha and skip the food at this location.
