Whoever the cashier is needs better training. No basic knowledge on product on the shelf, poor listening skills, argumentative, and rude. She overcharged me on an exchange by not applying a discount she applied on the first order. I don't care we can fix it but then to tell me I have to tell her its $8 as if its my fault when i have in fact said it 3-4 times shows me a lack of accountability and some prejudice. I didn't argue or anything but the chances of me going back there are slim to none.
The reason i gave 2 stars and not 1 is because they at least exchanged the product for me.
I bought protein powder. And it was very nice and quality from a healthy planet

Solid 3 Star for convenient location, plenty of free parking around and amount of choice/ promotions at the store. Fresh milk/ dairy products as well as seasonal discounts on certain brands. Not helpful at all when it comes to updating the phone number on the customer account, at the store front cashier is not able to pull up the customer account, another one is saying that after changing the phone number the customer looses all previous points accumulated, even after the phone call to the Head office and updating the phone number it is still not a straight forward procedure to identify the account, so I assume Healthy planet uses very outdated software support, and at this point there is no use to track the points.

It’s such a great location! I honestly love going in here; the store is clean and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have just about every item I’m looking for and really great customer service.
Rude customer service. I won’t be back to this location.
