I often go to Health Planet for supplements
and when I can't find a product I go straight
to Samira and all is found! She is very efficient!

Samira has such a genuine and positive personality. From the moment I approached her, she was welcoming, respectful, and very easy to talk to. She gave me clear and helpful information, and I could tell she truly knew what she was talking about. More importantly, she treated me with patience and never rushed me, which I really appreciated. Her friendliness and professionalism made my visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely come back because of the excellent service she provided.

I visited Healthy Planet recently for a quick purchase around 7:45 pm, but had a very disappointing experience.
The security at the door let me in without mentioning that the store was closing soon. I was inside for less than five minutes just to grab one item. However, when I went to pay, the cashier (an Iranian lady with gray hair) told me the cash was already closed and that I could not complete my purchase.
This was extremely frustrating. If the store was closing, security should not have allowed me in at that time. And once I was already inside, I should have been given the chance to pay instead of being turned away. Customers’ time and effort should be respected, especially when they make a trip specifically to shop.
I hope management and customer service take this issue seriously, because this is not the right way to treat customers. As a busy person, my time is valuable, and this kind of experience makes me question whether I should continue shopping here.

This location is massive in comparison to other locations. Everything is stocked well and items are easy to find.

The staff are super friendly and cheerful. And very knowledgeable in whichever section they're stationed.

Do visit if you're starting or continuing your wellness journey. And check the skincare section. It has a variety of products for any condition you may be facing with all-natural ingredients. I have yet to browse thoroughly.

Go now! It's quite satisfying knowing what you're internally or externally putting into or onto your body.

This place is practically my home away from home. Lots of good experiences coming here. One of the nutritionists gave me excellent advice on a supplement for my stomach. And the cashiers are all very friendly, especially one named Ana, who I chat with often. She helped me find the perfect moisturizer, which I am still using.

They take the time to get to know you at this place, and it really brightens your day.

I’m a loyal Healthy Planet shopper, but this location has lost my business. The cashier, Ana, acted like my very presence was bothersome to her.. no greeting, snatched my money, stared at my $50 bill like it was filthy, and dropped my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. Healthy Planet promotes wellness and positivity, yet they have someone like that representing them. For a store built on holistic values, Ana’s attitude was anything but healthy.
