Very clean and friendly
Solid 3 Star for convenient location, plenty of free parking around and amount of choice/ promotions at the store. Fresh milk/ dairy products as well as seasonal discounts on certain brands. Not helpful at all when it comes to updating the phone number on the customer account, at the store front cashier is not able to pull up the customer account, another one is saying that after changing the phone number the customer looses all previous points accumulated, even after the phone call to the Head office and updating the phone number it is still not a straight forward procedure to identify the account, so I assume Healthy planet uses very outdated software support, and at this point there is no use to track the points.

It’s such a great location! I honestly love going in here; the store is clean and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have just about every item I’m looking for and really great customer service.

Healthy planet, my favourite store! Wide selection of high quality of supplements and nutrition products. Service of staff and quality of products at Richmond Hill location is great. All the staff’s are very caring! Kianna is my to go person. She is an educated nutritionist which has been always so helpful with her knowledgeable information & detailed explanations. She has always guided me to select the right products suited my needs and budget! Thanks to Kianna, all the staff & the store management :)
