Good stuff!
I love their pistachio cake. A little gem in Richmond Hill
I ordered a custom cake and was extremely disappointed with the result. It looked nothing like the reference photo I provided, despite being a fairly simple design. I’m not sure how it went so wrong. Unfortunately, the cake was not only unusable for the birthday celebration, but we couldn’t even eat it. Really disappointed with the quality and experience.
I highly recommend Negin Bakery for any special cake orders! We ordered a three-tiered wedding cake, and the entire experience was fantastic. Negin was so kind and attentive—she really listened to what I wanted. The cake was made with whipped cream, which isn't easy to prepare or deliver in the heat of summer, but she pulled it off perfectly. It was not only beautifully decorated but also absolutely delicious.
It’s couple of years i am a fan of fig cake, today I have a chance to test their ice creams which are incredible.
Try pistachio ice cream with fig cake, tastes like heaven.

I've been coming to Heavenly Delights for about 6 years, and it's my favourite bakery in the area. All of their pastries are light and sweet, but not in an overpowering away. They usually have a wide selection available all day, but you can always call in advance to reserve a cake. Their prices are also incredible given the quality.
It's a small business, and they've always been nothing but friendly and professional each time I go. 10/10 would recommend.
Nothing special. I think it’s overrated! We ordered a cake for a party cost me a $270.00 for 30 people but it was nothing special. I had asked for nice different fruit decorations with hints of gold. What we got was a strawberry shortcake. Strawberries inside and only starberry halves on top. Everyone was shocked to see the outcome and said it was daytime robbery.
Could have gotten a much better strawberry shortcake from loblaws at a quarter of the price!!
WHAT A SHAME!! This was my only responsibility ( to order a cake). I completely failed her and the families expectations!
WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Go to loblaws or any Chinese bakery.
I often buy the Pistacho cake from Negin pastry
Sometimes it is good sometimes has too much cream that is just a waste of money, I and also other customers have mentioned this to the owner but looks like they cant keep it consistente, but their other cakes like caramel hazelnut and walnuts is good .
I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and the customer service was awful. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful service.

I highly suggest the chocolate hazelnut and almond 😍😍😍
The owner was so kind that she gave me a free nokhodchi 💐💐
The worse and oldest sweet. I purchased box of sweet for Nowrooz 2025 and honestly it was so hard we couldn’t eat. I wish all these business would keep the quality always the same..
very disappointment..
We visited Heavenly Delights Patisserie (Negin Bakery) last night to buy some pastries for our friends. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. There was an odd and unfriendly sign in Farsi on the door saying “we are not hiring, please do not ask,” which felt unnecessary and off-putting.
The person at the counter was not friendly and didn’t make any effort to create a pleasant customer experience. While the cake we purchased was okay—nothing exceptional—it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service and overall vibe.
We were hoping for a more warm and inviting experience, especially from a place that presents itself as a specialty patisserie. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
For the first time I got some paisteries from this place and would be the last time, all been thrown to the garbage? I don't know what they think of selling very old, dried and expired paisteries to people, are we stupid? Shame, shame
The best bakery
