Tonight, while I was about to order food, I took a short video of the menu screen and the buffet area to share with my friends so they could choose more easily. I was confronted in a rude and disrespectful manner and was told not to record the staff. I immediately showed my video and it was clear that no staff or people were visible in the recording. Despite this, the situation was not handled professionally, and the attitude did not change. Because of this experience, I decided not to place an order. Respectful customer service is very important, and unfortunately this visit was disappointing

If you're looking for a top-tier Persian supermarket in the GTA, Heeva Fine Foods should be a go-to-place. Their dedication to cleanliness is evident, the manager visits the store frequently, and they consistently offer a high standard of Persian cuisine.
Their kebabs are on a par with the best Persian restaurants, though the price is slightly higher than other supermarkets.
They have by far the most hospitable staff. I believe they are well treated as they feel it is their own business and took the best care of the clients. As a Persian, that's the only place I can recommend that I know they won't disappoint me.

We always use Heeva for our parties’ catering. They never disappoint. Food is always good portion and very high quality. They have delivery services. Staff super friendly specially the young guy behind the restaurant cash.

Used to be one of the best kabob places in Toronto but unfortunately the quality has dropped significantly. The koobideh used to be mostly meat, large and wide skewers. Now, they are skinny and not meaty. Very unfortunate. Don't understand why, instead of keeping the good reputation, they had to taint it with poor quality food. Not impressive at all.

I’ve ordered Heeva’s ghorme sabzi many times and it’s always been delicious with a good portion size. This time, I ordered two portions and they put both in one container, but unfortunately the quantity and quality weren’t the same as usual. The amount felt less than two portions, and it was disappointing.
I order 3 kobedeh and jojeh kabab And 2 Ghomeh sabzi The ghormeh sabzi was tasted awful old no meat and the colour was black When I called to complain all she did apologize. This is definitely last time I’m buying food from this store. There’s so many good restaurant with good food and good price in this city and same area

Heeva Persian Market is one of the best places for authentic Persian groceries. Everything is fresh, the variety is amazing, and they always have the brands and products I’m looking for. The bakery section is great, the sweets are fresh, and the store is always clean and organized.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall shopping experience feels welcoming. If you’re looking for real Persian ingredients and quality products, Heeva is definitely the place to go!
