Hero Certified Burgers

We walked through a nearby park and were looking for a place for lunch. The place was clean and close to the park. The burger was delicious. The kids' meal with nuggets was also good. The service was excellent. It was just sad that the ice cream machine wasn't working because we really wanted an ice cream dessert at the end of the meal.

I had the most amazing experience here! The staff (Shadab) she was amazing, I have celiac disease and have never been. She walked my mom and I through the menu and gave helpful suggestions for my dietary requirements. The food was amazing and she was so extremely kind. Amazing food and staff, 10/10 experience! Great for celiacs as well besides no deadiacted fyer at this location the burger was still wonderful

Great experience and polite staff. I love the burger and poutine stuff that was mouth watering. I love the way, they prepare as well as there are lot of options to order and customize according to our preference.

I had a great experience at Hero Certified Burgers! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was satisfying. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for tasty burgers and excellent customer service.

One of the dirtiest hero burgers I've ate at, 1 person was working when I was there and I was the only person in there, the garbage beside the drink machine had a filthy lid you have to push open to throw the straw wrapper away, disgusting, the floors feel like a night club after closing, sticky and gross throughout the whole establishment, the washroom was a mess aswell, empty soap dispenser and a dollar store pump soap on the sink, a commercial roll of paper towel on the sink and not in the dispenser because that's to hard to change i guess, bathroom floor was gross, toilet paper on the floor, sticky aswell, pee on the seat, not impressed

The girl working here always makes the sandwich PERFECT! Worth coming to this location because of the quality and the service!! Would recommend!!

Today I Was served by a very pleasant and friendly cashier with short blonde hair. Answered all my questions about the Buffalo warp. Food was fresh and great service.
