Hero Certified Burgers

Had dinner Oct 31, went with friend and we had two kids. There was only one server/ cook/ cashier working that night. Ordering was easy and fast but cooking service time was horrible. Thought we would be able to get a quick bite and be put trick-or-treating but it was painful to watch her take orders and slowly try cook them alone.

The single female working that evening had to deal with walk ins, take their order, which I turn delayed her in cooking ours.

To top it off, there were online orders coming in too as well as delivery drivers coming in to get orders.

Ordered burgers and fried. The fries don't come in a bag/holder anymore. Just random amount of fries thrown on the tray with the wrapped burger.

Milkshakes were full of gritty, chewy inclusions. Disgusting and undrinkable.

Incredible service by the lone worker, very clean. Burger cooked to perfection, kind gentleman at the counter. Very clean and absolutely DELICIOUS!

4 years ago this was a 5 Star burger spot. Cannot recommend it anymore. Poor Quality meat, Poor Service, They act like the ketchup comes out of their paycheck. Will give you 1 with your burger, try asking for more and they treat you like you are stealing. They litterally hide it in the back. Would not go back

So I often visit at this location, and the food as well as service is amazing and also the staff members are really nice. I recommended to you guyzz visit this place for enjoying good quality of food and atmosphere.

The food is what you expect when you order a burger, nothing special about the meat or the menu options but it being simply a regular burger. Somehow the burgers are more dry here than other burger chains in the area. Service takes time and they are also clearly under staffed majority of the time. Atmosphere is also almost non-existent on tables that do not appear to be very clean. I had tried a Hero Burger location in downtown Toronto and was absolutely shocked on how great it tasted, unfortunately not for this location.
