I ordered a party tray, and I was impressed by the presentation, portions, and taste. The price was also very reasonable. However, the establishment itself feels more like a warehouse than a dine-in restaurant. But for takeout, it's awesome.

I was really reluctant to write this review because the owner is very sweet but I had to be honest. This place started very well but over the years and after change in ownership, the quality deteriorated and the prices gone up. The last time I ordered, the sushi and roles were mediocre but I wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The rice was dry but the worst part, in few hours I became very nauseous and ended up sick until I cleared all the food in my stomach. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back and will order elsewhere.

Ordered on skip the dish for their 12 piece special of salmon, tilapia, red tuna, white tuna, sea bass, sea bream, unagi, scallop, surf clam, octopus, squid, and albacore tuna. They replaced with less variety and did not inform me. Even worse it was not fresh. It was obvious after the first bite that they used leftover rice from the day before. The rice had no flavour and the fish was topped with an extreme amount of onion and ginger to mask the quality of the fish. Even the lemon wedge garnishes were wilted and unappealing. I was a regular with the original owner and would make the trip to pick up. After ownership changed, I did not have a pleasant experience. I saw they they offered delivery and decided to give it another chance. Never again especially since I can get the same variety and freshness at a supermarket at half the price

Seems like the overall quality of the place has gone down. ButThe sushi used to be thicker back then, but lately it has been like a thin slice. The surf clam sushi tasted like it was old. Not sure if I will come back next time.

TLDR: This is a takeout only place for the most part but they do have a few tables off to the side if you are looking to eat your food there. The quality is pretty good especially for its price. They also have a vast menu, and discounted pricing if you order directly through their website. Parking can be tricky as the plaza doesn't have that many spaces so keep that in mind!

-[SPICY SALMON RICE PAPER ROLL] $8.99
? Various vegetables, cucumber, avocado, and spicy salmon were rolled with rice paper
? This is a great carb-free alternative for normal maki, and still quite filling
? The roll is also typically $9.99 but is discounted by a dollar on their own website

-[SPICY SCALLOP ROLL] $9.99
? Stuffed with chopped scallop, tempura bit and spicy mayo
? Super tasty because scallop is something I always enjoy as long as it's fresh
? Normally the roll is $10.99 but it's been discounted by a dollar on their own website

I'd be interested to come back, and try some of their hot foods as they have quite a variety of it too!

Salmon sashimi was half frozen and did not taste fresh at all. What kind of quality is this?

Thought it was a restaurant but upon arriving there were only a few small tables in the corner and it was a bit rough with fridges exposed. It looks like they converted from a restaurant to a takeout shop? Sushi was mid, nothing special and it was served in takeout containers. We weren’t offered any plates or cups but server was nice. Also not sure what was so salty because I was so thirsty after eating the sushi platters.

The Sushi Pizza is superb. Would like to recommend to owner to possibly consider making this in a larger portion. Excellent flavours. The Spicy Salmon was good but needed a bit more spice to it, but I tend to like spicy food.Very nice customer service, this venue is mostly for takeout, but it does have a few tables for dining. The prices are a bit high. I usually like to keep around $12.00- $15.00 for a meal. The taste was really good. Yes I will be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious and preparation is quick. Value for money. It's a take out restaurant mainly; but they have a small dine in space.
