Easy to order online for pick up. The store is just a pick up window. The sushi that we ordered was great! Tasted fresh- the avocado and salmon looked good iykwim- rice was made well- and the order was made within the time stated (<30 min). Received a text to know it was ready. Will be coming back

Probably the best value sushi in the area. Nothing fancy, but you won't find anything better for the price and it's decent, reliable take-out sushi. I've tried several things here but my favourite is the salmon lunch special. Nice sized fresh salmon sashimi and good spicy salmon rolls. The dynamite rolls are good too. Torched sushi is a little overdone. The salad is simple but so good, love the dressing and the freshness of the veggies.

If I can give negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever. The staff even dares to argue with me when it is her fault and ending up crumbling at the end of her sentences by making easy excuses saying she just following boss orders. She even dare to make a tut sound at me. Absolutely unbelievable! Good luck with your business with THAT kind of attitude.

Solid take out sushi at a very affordable price. The hug sushi roll is amazing!

My go-to spot for take out sushi in Richmond Hill/Markham. You can order an assorted 100pc sushi/sashimi/roll platter for $80, cash only! It's a pretty good deal.

Also, if you add the hug rolls on the side, it's truly one of the most remarkable combos known to man.

Highly recommend coming here and giving them a try!

One star. I ordered the 100pcs sashimi & sushi platter from Hug Sushi. The website clearly stated no sweet shrimp, but what I got was even worse — the botan shrimp was missing and replaced with cheaper fish without any notice. I also requested to swap the crab meat for salmon of equal value, and they charged me extra, which made no sense. The pricing was confusing, and overall it tasted disappointing. Would not recommend.
