I recommend Istanbul grill for the authentic Turkish foods and friendly service. It’s a peaceful place great for family gatherings.

This restaurant is under new ownership. We were denied a cup of water with our dinner. Food quality is not the same and their beef adana kebab was so fatty/ terrible. I won’t be going back.

They dont serve sweets in Ramadan since it does not make them that much money but what about customer service and customer satisfaction. Oh well i used to go there once twice a month for the past year. No more. Look at the photo of the seets i got from B B ccafe. There are multiude of turkesh new restaurants one can go to

The food quality was excellent, but what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service! We ordered the Ali Nazik and Iskender Kebab, and both were absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

They serve the best lavash in GTA. They use it for their dishes, wraps, etc.
Also, their lavash is a good combination with humus and Baba ghanoush.
Authentic and tasty Turkish tea is a free add-on to a dish

Absolutely delicious. God bless Turkish food, the staff were very very friendly and the tea was on the house which was do kind of them. Definitely returning for some Turkish food, and would recommend to my friends.
The Iskander Kebab was phenomenal.

I came in for takeout as I used to live in this neighborhood. Ordered roughly a hundred dollars worth of food, and one got home found this pleasant surprise at the bottom of the bag. Everything we got was delicious, and it was very kind of them to give us this free Turkish pizza to try out there. Was something me and my son's? We're talking about it, but we had already ordered so much stuff. We didn't want to get anything else, and they just gave it to us anyway. Kind gestures like this or what bring back customers? It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in my life. I tried to say something like the waiters were going to beat people. He literally stopped me from saying anything, as if they were forcing me to work there. It's a business where very unhappy, harsh and rude people live together.
