Delicious food, warm and cozy environment and friendly and efficient team. Tried this place for the first time and will definitely be back. Had Joe’s Big Burger with cheese, fries with gravy (gravy that brought me back to my high school days) and a chicken schwarma dinner with rice and salad. Great portions, yummy and if you like hot sauce, better ask for some - because it adds a kick and extra layer of flavour.

Simply amazing.16 years ago it was our first visit to Joe’s and we saw the place grow. Joe and his amazing team kept the place at tip top quality, I would argue the best in York region ( and we have been to some ) and runner for the first place in Ontario as well. For his manner, for the food quality, and busy as they were when we visited ( and they all kept their cool) nothing was messed up or wrong, well organized, 5 of us with different requests all got exactly what ordered.Love the place.Parking: Could always find parking near the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved the place. Always a treat.

Overpriced, absolutely mediocre burgers. Shawarma is very good but the $15 half pound burger i bought did not leave me satisfied at all, nice employees though.

Ok, here is my experience today, 21Nov2023.Was driving with my daughter around and decided to check out this place due to a very good score on google.We came in at 16:15 hrs to eat at the table.Lady took our order, 2 Joe's Big Hamburger combos, 1 sm. Greek salad and 2 pop drinks. I had to pay right away, $56!!! and tip options with a minimum 10%, which I did.We were provided with an order number tag to be placed at the table so they know where to drop off food. We chose a table, everything looked clean, well maintained. Went to wash hands, washroom looked clean, 2 sink, 2 sope dispensers but only one with the soap.While waiting 20 minutes for our food, off the street, the lady walked in and took a spot near up, at the party room area. Dropped half of her bags on top of one of the tables and started 2 cellphones, "Herbalife" sales like spicker on conversation. No food was ordered, and no one said anything.Our food finally arrived!They forgot that we ordered a combo, so I had to go ask for fries.××Sales meeting next to us is in process.××The lady came and asked to show my receipt for verification.××Sales meeting next to us is in process.××Burgers were large in size and well built. Salad, I found it way too small for the $9 charged.××Sales meeting next to us is in process.××Fries arrived 5 minutes later, tasty, not your regular fast food looking.
