I Ordered half order of lamb chops and order of poutine. Instead they sent a tiny pork chop and fries. When I called about the error, they were extremely rude and confrontational.
When I told them I ordered lamb because the people sharing it didn't eat pork or beef for religious reasons, they told me they ran out and decided to send what they thought was best. They claimed to have called 4 times although no missed calls or voicemails appeared. The fact they didn't even send poutine shows how little they care.
Making a mistake is understandable and forgivable. They assumed we ate pork or beef which was wrong. Being rude about it and lying about it is very wrong. All they needed to do was apologize and correct the order. Instead they sent meat that people don't eat for religious reasons and further blamed me about it. They clearly don't care for customers and have no idea about service. An absolute shame.
There are many better places to order food from that care about customers.

Staff where friendly... Portion size for the sides a really small compared to the price you pay. Short rib was good, very disappointed with brisket, the crust was Burnt and hard as a rock and the rest of the meat was very dry.... First time trying them... I don't think I'll go back again
