Have had to go to the Bayview & Major mack for while until they closed a couple of months ago. I guess some in this day an age cannot even follow an electronic map - go figure.Breasts and ribs across all locations are cut in half now Here? Sometimes we get no legs or no wings (huge bother). I prefer the Major Mack & Bayview location lately. Zero Canadian customer service ... you are on your own. You have been warned. Mind coupons when order is placed in restaurants. They run multiple ads across dates for same items and same CODE but different price. Eg coupon says 30.99 and they put in code and it comes in at 31.99. Corn is nice new side. Sadly mashed potatoes are not a side.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a KFC. Staff always speaking in their language amongst themselves very loud. I asked for tap water and they wanted to charge me for it… tap water shouldn’t have a charge. Manager was the most disrespectful. The staff spoke in their language about it and thought I didn’t understand what they were saying, but I did.

I just left with two twisters and I was better off ordering a snack one, came with barely any lettuce no tomatoes small chicken not wrapped properly and, it's just ridiculous

Kentucky chickens were very smelly and not fried at all. I have had kentucky chicken in different countries. But this was the worst. I told the manager there but he was very rude. I will never go here again. The toilet there was very, very dirty. I hope this branch closes soon because it hurts the reputation of kentucky. .

Worst food and service ever should have checked the reviews first... seven up tasted like nasty sparkling water, food chicken and fries were not fresh the only good thing was the gravy and ketchup ... not coming back.

Decided to try it out after months..what a disappointment! Chicken and fries were so stale and fountain drink was flat. Horrible...never

The worst place to go!!I came today and I was in the line for 30 mins! I just decided to leave! Only 3 staff working and.I felt so bad for them! One staff is doing the drive-thru front cashier taking orders from the inside plus putting the food together!It was insane!Plus on top of that they have to deal with UBER EAT, Skip etc...Before that ,there was about 3 customers left the line because it was ridiculously pathetic!Not again!

Decided to have KFC after a long while, and what a big mistake... The chicken tenders were stale and the breading on them was more like what I imagine overly salted cardboard would taste like. To top it all off it gave me diarrhea and I was vomiting the next morning.

This is the absolutely worst KFC in CANADA!Chicken taste like it’s been cooked and left there for a week then microwave to customer. PLEASE SHUT DOWN. Someone needs to contact Ministry Of Health and report these people. Environment is also a mess. Garbage on the table. DIGUSTING
