I purchased a $15 cake box to try and it was not fresh. The sponge cake was so moist and soggy - as if it was left in the fridge for a week. I ended up getting food poisoning …. I Would never purchase or recommend this place again.

ordered through TGTG, I don’t think the surprise bag is worth 60dollars, as their cake is over priced. Just my opinion

Wanted to order cake on the website and no details in English language. Only catered towards one type of customer.

I used to really like the candied strawberries at Kiss Cake, but lately, they haven't been as crispy and delicious as before. The girl roughly grabbed the candied strawberries from the tray, leaving the candy shell behind. When I got home to eat it, it didn't have that tasty candy outer crust anymore. It's so frustrating!

I used to like Kiss Cake's candied haws, but recently it's not as crispy and delicious as before. The girl used a rough technique to pick up the candied haws from the plate. The gourd was in her hand, but the candy shell remained on the plate. When I went home to eat, I no longer had that layer of delicious candy. How shameful!

Got the mixed, strawberry and grape tanghulu. Hands down the strawberry and grape ones were the best! The orange and the cherry tomato in the mixed skewer was not that great.

Service is great their tanghulu is fabulous they use high quality fruit

I came this store 4 times.It shows 9:30 close but when I arrived before 9:00pm want to buy something, The worker just told me she’s work off 8:58 and refuse sales me any thing when I just call them 8:30pm to tell her I will come to pick up the deserve. I don’t think that’s friendly to costumer. If don’t want do business just close forever plz .

got their too good to go bag, poor value for money. definitely not worth what they are asking for, especially all they gave was candied fruits. if that's all you are giving, then lower your price for the surprise bag. you can claim your fruit skewers are $6-7 but its definitely not worth $2/skewer when nobody wants them. was expecting at least a piece of cake, not all just fruit sticks with sugar syrup. disappointing, disgusting business practice. i will never buy again and i definitely will not pay a dime to try your cakes.

Additional feedback: to claim this is your signature dessert, but not even featured on your website, very shady. Nothing but cakes on the website, absolute joke.

Everytime I visit Markham,I always go by this dessert place?.I love their tanghulu!!! Its crunchy and the strawberries are super juicy and sweet.

The service attitude was excellent??. When I called to place an order, nobody picked up initially, but as soon as I hung up, I received a call back. The lady understood that I urgently needed to order a birthday cake, so she immediately helped arrange it and allowed me to make the payment, ensuring that I could pick it up smoothly. Very good service ??. The cake is yummy ? and worth trying. I will come back again.
