I was visiting from Seattle and was craving for some sushi. I ended up being disappointed because of the quality of the sashimi.The teriyaki salmon was really delicious, it was tender, flaky, and cooked perfectly. Their miso was your typical miso soup. The sashimi, however, was not so great. First, the temperature of the sashimi was too low, I had a few pieces where the fish felt a bit stiff (like lightly frozen). The sashimi were also a little bland and flavorless. Despite my various attempts at dipping the sashimi in soy sauce, the sashimi was just not that tasty.I lived in Seattle where I had access to fresh seafood and sashimi. Maybe I should not be comparing this restaurant with the ones in Seattle. I would come back here for their teriyaki salmon but definitely not for their sushi and sashimi.

This is me and my fiancés favorite sushi spot! If we ever go anywhere else we regret it because kitano has the best portion sizes and tastes amazing. My favourite is the love love salmon roll ! I recommend this place.
