I ask for strawberry popping boba in my strawberry yogurt slush. They gave me jelly boba. Smiled and said sorry(not sorry). No remake. Not returning ever to this location.

Best Bubble Tea in all of Richmond Hill! The Mango Green Tea with Tapioca Pearls is a favourite of mine as well as the Strawberry Yogurt Slush, Mango Slush and Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls. The Egg Waffles are also exceptional and staff is pleasant.

Great selection of bubble tea with plenty of options to choose from! The drinks are delicious, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered a mango yogurt slush with mango chunks, regular. Very disappointed considering how pricey it is (almost $8): the mango were literally big frozen chunks dropped on top of the drink. Well it's not very easy to enjoy big frozen chunks of mango...

If you want a quiet and chill place to work on a project, this is a good place - 9 year old customer (my favorite drink is the Oreo Black Warrior)

received great service from server when there was a hold up because of the card machine. he was very patient and respectful while efficiently dealing with a lot of customers

Bad attitude, employee doesn’t even know what they’re selling. So disappointed this time. The product she argued with me was totally different to what I was asking for. I was so confused why she was so stubborn on a wrong drink. And I asked for a regular menu instead of the scrolling one just to confirm the name, but she refused. Suggestion for this girl, if u could use your brain to listen and think, u would be successful all the time. And suggestion for the manager/owner re-training your people or just hire someone who can communicate in a good manner.

This is the third incorrect order received in four weeks. Despite specifying a milk tea on three separate occasions, the order fulfilled was, in fact, black tea. This error caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. Kung Fu tea normally is my go to place. Unfortunately I now need to choose another location.
